nervouspirate

Fuck I was supposed to sleep tonight

Drakey

YESSSSSS

Nick Brown

Mr.gamica

I'm laughing like a insane man I've waited so long yasssssss

Thevenomous

Its been three thousand years...

Kyutoko

How dare you say exactly what I came here to say, LOL

Jermtheworm

It's like my body knew to stay awake just for this

Rosinante

FUCK YEAH I FINALLY GET TO WATCH THUNDERBOLTS

marko cruz

Thank you Alicia for my daily bread. May I have Agatha next?

slavicandsapphic

HOLY SHIT ITS HAPPENING. EVERYBODY STAY CALM. STAY FUCKING CALMMMM

nervouspirate

You gotta watch the 4 Doomsday trailers now

nervouspirate

Sentry is Marvel's mentally ill Superman. Moon Knight's their mentally ill Batman.

slavicandsapphic

“Shes too cool to die from that” uh. well. in the og script she was supposed to live. But a lot of comic fans were mad abt the MCU taskmaster so i think thats why they went with her death. Tbh im ok with it as it sends home the message of how all their paths were heading towards that fate and shows how they made the choice to become different.

NI Hartley

I absolutely love this movie. I watched it at a time when my mental health was less than ideal and it was kind of an inflection point. I had dealt with terrible mental health and undiagnosed OCD for years and i was worn out. Life felt pretty bleak. But seeing this movie almost made me cry. Gave me the courage to actually get help. I got diagnosed with OCD and worked with a therapist to actually manage my condition instead of have it over run me. What you said about just staying around for the eventual hope of things to get better is so true. I wouldn't say my life is materially any better than it was then, but I genuinely feel hopeful often and excited about the future now. It's almost crazy thinking back at how bad of a place i was at not even that long ago.

Ali

Holy fuck finally top 3 mcu film for me

TSP247

I love the Red Guardian. he's so fun. I Loved this movie I have no idea why people were hating on it I think the only thing I'm annoyed about is how quickly they killed taskmaster a character that could beat almost any hero except deadpool.

Christopher Bartsch

This film was genuinely such a surprise hit. During MCU's worst era of success, when interest was at an all-time low, with a bunch of characters mainly from the MCU's weaker movies/shows being such an absolute banger. Incredibly funny and a Top 5 MCU film for me from an emotional perspective

PotterBrony

Been waiting for this one.

nervouspirate

I've personally been an advocate that since Wonder Woman's powers are technically magic, then Marvel's mentally ill Wonder Woman is Scarlet Witch. And Namor is obviously their mentally ill Aquaman.

N00B

28:00 He wasn't an innocent man, he killed his friend and threw cement trash bins at Walker.

Adam

That and Ghost is honestly the best person to kill her, given Taskie can't copy powers.

Hank Frankly

I love this movie, but I'm going to say the one stray thought that came into my mind when I first watched it: Whose idea was it to make Bucky look like Billy Mitchell?

Kyutoko

You can't have Sentry without Void. And Void has one of the most terrifying power sets in all of Marvel.

Tom Nguyen

So since she be singing Pony, how about a friend watch along Magic Mike xD.

Johnathon

You're telling me Alicia just watched two seasons of Stranger Things and it took her literally the entire movie to realize Red Guardian was Hopper? 😂

Kyutoko

This movie pulls too much of my own childhood trauma to the surface, I can't say I enjoy it, but it's a decent film otherwise.

MarakamiSG

It's like Alicia said, Thunderbolts* felt so fresh. It's a great superhero movie that isn't very high stakes high action. And it also dives into mental health so well. The group hug scene always gets me every time.

Ben E

Senty is a cool twist on a Superman like overpowered type character. Where he can't really be beat by anyone except himself

Dorran

Oooh, I'm always fond of Thai Iced Tea boba tea... and there's a place near where I live that does the boba where it has been soaked in honey rather than just syrup. Anyway, the movie really is just... amazing. It is so powerful, and I love the way that, in the background of the scene in the lab... you can see the shadows from the scientists who were experimenting on Bob. So easy to mentally write off, but once you realize what they must be, they become SO much creepier. Oh, and let's be fair. David Harbor isn't an "old Santa"... he's one of the (relatively) newer Santas in movies... and one of the most GLORIOUSLY off-kilter ones XD So much fun! Ah, there's something about Christmas time, something about Christmas time... if you know... you know. It is definitely one that you should watch, Alicia!

TaterMunster

Ooh, are we gonna have you react to the Doomday trailers now?

BartonBelladonna

i'm honestly excited for when you get to What If and Marvel Zombies. those animated series are incredibly fun

Silver Blade

it was really fantastic. it's got such a potent emotional core and while the humor was the signature sarcasm and flippant feel - it kind of suits these characters

Bloodredtyrant

I finally get to see this movie, and it's with my favorite Vtuber! I was astonished at how good the movie really was. Plus, they did the Sentry really well. Making the Void to be a manifestation of Bob's mental illnesses and crippling loneliness is really cool. I loved this. I do wish they would have arrested Valentina, but maybe next movie?

Kaea Edwin

Yeah thunderbolts was such a pleasant suprise cause before I was only going to see it cause it had Sentry in it but I came out of it I liked it more than James Gunns Superman and I LOVED Superman by James gun

Xerox the beautiful

"You created a god and he's angry" actually it's much worse. They created a god and he's depressed.

Darc Hart94

Something that bugs me a lot is how much this movie shits on John walker. Hes literally a foot away from his child and its treated like neglect, he has these actual tactical plans and info that turn out to be correct and the team shits on them and ignores them. He sticks with his team even when he doesn't like the plans, he's the last one out and the first one to help. Yet they still want us to believe he's not a good person because he killed a terrorist and got beaten up by bucky and falcon after his friend died

PrivateXimmy

They make fun of him because he’s clearly lying about being on his A-Game. He’s projecting. As soon as he starts to chillax on that; his relationship improved dramatically

PurportedGrey

I get that, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier portrayed him that way for sure, but this version makes a lot more sense to me. In that show they overly shat on him and treated him like he was completely unjustified or a asshole from the start beside the locker scene. Here, though, it feels like a much more realistic portrayal of someone like him after everything he’s experienced, especially mixed with his pompous, prickish attitude he's developed. It actually adds to his character development imo, which is why he’s probably my second or third favorite character in this.

PurportedGrey

Why would you do this to me Hank? WHY!?

YukoValis

I honestly liked this boba movie a lot. I've seen so many people knock it, but I found it generally enjoyable. Please don't take this the wrong way Alicia, but I am glad you watched this solo. I love your friends, but when you watch a movie solo you really dial into what is going on. With the serious tone on play here, it turned this vid into an amazing reaction.

Darc Hart94

Its crazy how much they tried to portray walker as a bad guy in the show when he really wasn't, and then in the movie people keep saying bullshit like he killed "a defenseless unarmed man"

Adam

We needed an Ensemble movie again, and Thunderbolts delivered.

Adam

Sentry does too. Both Reed and Tony have straight up said he's the most powerful human being in existence. Which is saying something when the entire rest of Marvel exists.

Adam

Actually, that was Karli Morgenthau. The guy he killed was just the one he could catch.

Fei Ashtear

Rewatch it with Ant... I bet he'd like it

Vivica the witch

Its not the best marvel movie...but it might be my favorite

Kyutoko

Franklin is the most powerful being in existence.

PurportedGrey

Funny enough I had just gotten to that scene and was about to edit and add onto my comment. 😂 But yeah, it’s wild. That guy was basically a decent person inside a terrorist group that had literally just killed a building full of innocent people, he's an accomplice not innocent. That’s kind of my main issue with this part of the MCU with The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. The story puts you in a spot where you either have to defend a terrorist who was complicit in killing innocents the episode before, or defend Walker for killing the one guy in the group who actually seemed decent and was probably on the verge of leaving. It’s a great character dilemma on paper, but a really awful situation to build that nuance around, especially when you compare it to how real terrorist groups operate no matter how just the cause is vs. a veteran like Walker who likely has PTSD (and the serum like Alicia said does have an effect on his character straits) from the stated multiple tours of hard combat he endured and had just watched his best friend get murdered. I love nuance in stories, but using that specific setup felt unnecessary and honestly a little disrespectful for people with PTSD in the way the show framed it, IMO.

Darc Hart94

Not only that, those terrorists were specifically there to kill "captain america" and his allies. Yet when they kill johns friend everyone stops fighting, the terrorists run for some reason and when John chases the one who stopped him from saving his friend the guy tosses a cinderblock trashcan at him that would have killed him if he didn't have super powers and the shield. Then he kills the terrorist in a place with US jurisdiction. And then he gets beaten up by bucky and falcon while grieving his friend because apparently Steve never killed terrorists and they don't give a shit. Let's also ignore when the wakandans straight up chucked a spear at his head without even announcing themselves and almost killed him, and then they "have jurisdiction wherever they are" which is total evil villain dialog.

Cosmyc

YEAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH BABYYYY sorry i've been waiting for this reaction for SO LONG can't wait to watch this when I get home from work :D I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did when it came out (i saw it 3 times...)

Moviejunkie

Funny enough, I didn’t really like Sentry in the comics but he was handled so well in this movie.

Jacowab

Now I can't wait for the Moon Knight reaction, it's just as good and fresh as Thunderbolts but it's gets overlooked a lot because it's not connected to anything yet.

Joey245

BOBA! I'm so glad I got to revisit the MCU with you Alicia, Thunderbolts* is one of my faves of late.

Ironthunder

The thing with bob is that the void is his other personality because he has schizophrenia so Bob and the void are two personalities same body ones good and ones evil

Azaxul

Underrated movie. In a season of mid releases this really stands out.

DrOverbuild8363

Finally. I was wondering where her reaction to this film was. I still haven't seen the film yet, but I heard its good.

TheBrave&Bold

One of the best marvel movies to date. Such a breath of fresh air.

Mannycool4

i’ve been waiting for your reaction since i got out of the theater, definitely in my top 5 mcu films

random gamer

still happy to see the garbage rip off taskmaster die now the real taskmaster can appear in the verse

Moviejunkie

Sentry is like Superman but his powers work like the Hulk.

Carter King

I need you to understand that after watching this movie in the theater, right as my gf and I were walking out of the building, the entire town went into a blackout, and we thought for a moment the Void was real

Taka

1:11:20 Bucky is absolutely clip farming 😂

PrivateXimmy

I’m glad you liked this movie! I agree the direction was really good. Apparently, the first movie for the new “phase” / slate of films after the avengers finale coming up is a whole new restart on the X-Men. Going by the trades? This is the director they’ve tapped to direct. I think we’re in *really* good hands.

Daisy Azuras

It is so weird because I swear that she already watched this movie, but it turned out. She skipped it and now came back to it. I am happy that she’s actually watching it now though because I really needed something fun to watch and to me this is a really fun movie. I hope they do more of these thunderbolt movies. I think they’d be really fun.

Zannimask

This movie for me was a much needed change of pace for what I felt was happening a lot in the MCU. They really focused in on personality and character and a more emotional story instead of an ever-increasing scale of danger. In a way it reminds me of the Guardians of the Galaxy movies, but more grounded. It's a found family of deeply damaged people figuring out how to work together, and the emotional core of the story is about those connections rather than some big bad threat. I've said it before and I'll say it again: you can only escalate stakes outwardly so much, but if you dive inward the stakes are bottomless. The near-unanimous consensus for what happened to Taskmaster is exactly how you felt too. Super disappointing. That's my main complaint about this movie over all tbh. Especially in a universe that has so many characters to explore, to just unceremoniously cross one off like that feels like a vastly missed opportunity. I dunno if there were any other reasons behind the scenes for getting rid of her, but it's a shame regardless. Actually now that I think about it, Thunderbolts also took the best parts of Black Widow and make a whole new movie, which only increases my disappointment in Taskmaster's death lol. Glad you're back into the MCU! In a funny way I think this was the best movie to come back with. There are a few things that have been skipped that provide extra context here and there and other shows that I'm excited to see you go back to, but considering what you said you've been dealing with I think this movie and its themes was the prime choice haha. Looking forward to watching you react to everything else! (also your description of depression and the void near the start was too real lmao)

Mune_Lite

i'm so excited you're watching this! i love this movie so much, yelena is my second favorite character from the mcu besides wanda, But if ur getting back into the mcu does this mean we'll be seeing Xmen 97 soon?

PrivateXimmy

It was because this required Falcon & WS *and* Cap 4. So we dabbled with F4 since you can blind drop

DrOverbuild8363

Oh yeah, it was good. It was better than good. It was brilliant, fun, and so relatable full of heart. But now I'm honestly kinda terrified of what could happen next.

Gregory Prytyka Jr.

Congratulations on finally finishing all the CURRENT MCU movies. And loathe as I am to admit it, you're going to have to eventually watch the She-Hulk series. Maybe not anytime soon but major stuff happens in it so...

BigKez0

Winter melon Boba! They really cooked with this one, hopefully marvel will keep up this kind of production, also walker looks way better in the beret hope he keeps it. There's an interesting theory that the infinity stones aren't gone and have incarnated into different people granting them powerful abilities. Personally i like the idea of the stones having a will of their own and choosing to give their power to people, like when the space stone yeeted redskull to Vormir for a colossal timeout. I think bob/sentry/void would be a perfect personification of the mind stone, same goes for Loki with the time stone and Wanda with the reality stone.

Ascent ___

I'm glad you liked the movie! I hope at some point we get a Wonder Man reaction, which is the most recent marvel show and I think it kept up the quality of Thunderbolts.

KatoBen

Thunderbolts really felt like a return to phase 1, with a heavy focus on characters and not so much on the big bad invading evil. If you think back to Ironman, the big bad was someone close to Tony Stark, here, the big bad was Bob, someone close to the team. My only hope is that Disney/Marvel understand that what made the MCU great in the first place wasn't all the big time explosions and heroics, it was the focus on the characters and their groundedness. I'm hoping that the Doomsday leak was either fake or a trashed script, because if that comes out as is, I think the MCU will be 100% dead. PLease, Disney, please put directors and writers who are passionate about the material in charge of the movies, stop assigning Directors/writers who merely want to use the movie as a means for their own agendas, their own artistic visions that collide with what made the MCU great int he first place.

Justin Scott

I loved this movie and cry every time we go into the void, very very relatable movie, and best I can guess is it's mixed reaction is mostly people who can't really get behind the themes of the movie being less about heroism and more about self worth and inner darkness. Unlike a lot of the current marvel stuff, you can replace like 90% of the cast with non marvel characters and it still be a good movie, that's how you know the writing is solid and not trying to use the marvel brand as a get out of jail free card to write poor scripts and dialog of only happy positive quips.

Bologna Amputation

At 1:21:42 you can see Alicia mentally possess Alexei

Ironhades

Hell yes. I've been looking forward to this. The movie about fighting depression and boy howdy depression has got some hands

Pepe D. Silvia

Bob/Sentry one of marvels greatest and strongest heroes that everyone forgot and who inspired and trained many of marvels main stream heroes into becoming the superhero’s that they are and more only to sacrifice his existence from the minds of everyone including himself so that the void wouldn’t emerge and destroy everything

David

Finally! :D

RaineM27

Fun fact, there's a part when Bucky is beating on Bob where he genuinely fully hit Bob's actor in the face and barely reacted

EDub

I’m glad you’re doing better and mad respect for you just.. trying, you know. This is such a good movie that yea, you sometimes have to be at a certain mindset to get through it.

Rowdeemunkee

Best thing this movie did was hit the brakes on the political career of the ex-Russian assassin who has killed so many American politicians over the years, including a certain Kennedy. Now please give Sebastian Stan something to do with the character, dudes falling asleep on camera in this one. Should have heard him during the marketing, he's so done.

Vikkiloo

Taskmaster is now the new biggest wasted character in the MCU.

Rowdeemunkee

Ill die on the hill that Walker is a tragic character. He did his best, he was a hero amd saved alot of people, but he cracked under the mantle of Captain American and then the goverment threw him under the bus. Going through that and the serum fucking with his head you gotta feel bad for him. But yes, he is an asshole.

EnderSlayer366

To add onto the enormous list of reasons this movie is amazing, is how oddly incredibly faithful they were to Bob, Sentry, and The Void. I mean, The Void got a redesign, but who cares, this one's cooler. In the comics he was basically used as the deus ex machina catch-all answer to any writer who boxed themself into a corner. Got a problem? Throw Sentry at it. But then, after that, The Void is unleashed, and now there's arguably an even worse problem. Honestly, what I'm really interested in is how they would even use him in a big Avengers movie. You gotta get real creative otherwise the whole thing's gonna end reeeeeal quick. I just really wish there was more planning around post-Endgame MCU, would've really liked to see these guys as a team more than once before the big finales. and you real as fuck btw sometimes when i dont have the energy to do anything all i need is a little boba to lift me up (or any sugary beverage honestly)

Spicy Noodles

Ive always loved this iteration of Sentry/void. most of the times in the comics its kind of just bland super god vs Evil super god. this void feels like genuinely despair made flesh. Like just genuine potent depression.

Alp

watched this movie on a flight. definitely one of my favorite movies since fuckin uhhhhh... Endgame. i genuinely love how "low stakes" it is. i love all the characters, love the focus on depression, all that shit.

Dante Ali

Hugs for Alicia 🫂

Ric

This is my first time watching this movie, I did not expect Taskmaster to just die that quickly.

CarcosanTimeshare

Yeah... They did that character dirty twice over. Which makes me kinda sad because I really liked Taskmaster from the comics. She would've made a great third-tier villain to have pop up from time to time in the MCU like they did with Crossbones.

Daisy Azuras

That was a lot of fun, especially with Alicia. I love her fresh eyes on it. I also love that she didn’t recognize Hopper until he shaves his beard. I think some of the other great moments is the insightful way. She kind of contextualized depression and working through it in reference to the way the film was presenting it. I don’t know. I just it just made me appreciate the movie a lot more I mean, I already love this movie and thought it was probably the best of the Marvel movies to come out since endgame but I’m glad to finally watch it with somebody else. I’d appreciates it as much as I do and now I’m starting to wonder what that insane actually means because since it had nothing to do with a fantastic four movie does it mean that it’s an actual teaser for the next avengers movie see when I saw that in credit originally in the theaters I thought that it was just a teaser for the fantastic four and then when I saw the fantastic four, I was disappointed in the movie, especially since it didn’t seem to link up to the thunderbolts now I’m kind of excited to see you how this next avengers movie is going to shake out and if it’s going to include the thunderbolts in it plus I’m wondering how Bob’s powers are going to work now like so he can’t use any of the centuries abilities without risking the darkness to come back is that how they’re playing it that way he can’t go completely OP and just defeat everything in one shot I’m just really curious how they’re going to utilize his character since they can’t really just Nerf him they pretty much have to completely disable them anyway I’m still really just happy that I got to watch this with Alicia. It made my night a little bit brighter.

Stormofdragons

49:40 Yes, the serum amplified it but also, imagine watching your best friend who you've survived war with get killed by a terrorist in front of your own eyes and then when you get revenge, the media and everyone tries to say that the terrorist was an innocent person who did nothing wrong. I'd also become pretty douchey if that happened to me.

Shadowsofpain

Im pretty sure the guy that Walker killed wasnt the one that killed Lamar, it was the main flagsmasher Carly. So he took out his anger on a surrendering combatant what wasnt even the one that killed his friend.

Phantom Penance

It would be an interesting concept for Civil War 2–Thunderbolts vs Sam’s Avengers. Neither side can back down. Sam wants the Avengers to be what Steve envisioned—a group who doesn’t answer to the government, doing what they think is the best action for the world. If Sam wouldn’t answer to someone like Ross, there’s no way he’s going to let the Avengers be run by someone as corrupt as Valentina. On the other hand, the Thunderbolts need the Avengers name to stay legitimate. Without it, Valentina has no political protection and will quickly oust them all as mercenaries and criminals to save herself.

DLCDallas

Hopefully with the soft-reboot coming in secret wars they can make a more comic accurate one, (To clarify I'm referring to the powers not the character's gender, I just never liked them making Task's powers tech based)

ACVIFOR

My hope is that they introduce another, more comic accurate Taskmaster that they can use as a secondary antagonist in future movies.

Donicio

When is Steven Universe coming back?

Flight

His powers actually are simpler than that and infinitely more terrifying. His powers simply make his imagination real.

Galleon

Its fr been almost a full month now

Nightmareman99

Oh no the russkies got to Hopper!!!!! Seriously thou David Harbour is suck a good actor Alicia still hasn’t realized she’s seen him in 2 polar opposite roles and loved him in both 😂😂😂

.

> Hes literally a foot away from his child and its treated like neglect Yeah, because his tone clearly indicates he doesn't particularly care for his family in that scene. I can sympathize with the shit they put his character through in portrayals while also understanding he's not really a nice person. Does that make him evil / bad? Maybe not, but it *is* something that should be addressed.

Draconic

this movie is fantastic, it also became one of my favorite marvel movies. Now all you have left marvel-wise is She-Hulk and Ironheart, just do your best and try to get through it.

Vectoris

In the comics, Sentry is actually described as having the power of a million exploding suns. So they nerfed him in the MCU. Still cool, but c'mon man. The guy fought the third strongest version of The Hulk (Worldbreaker Hulk) to a standstill. Imo, TOBA Hulk and Infinity Hulk are both stronger than WB Hulk. Although tbf, they've nerfed pretty much all the heavy hitters in the MCU. (Thor, Adam Warlock, Dr. Strange and Drax to name the most nerfed).

Vectoris

1:44:37 Lemme introduce to you the dichotomy of Robert Reynolds! In one corner, the all-powerful defender of good, THE SENTRY!!!! In the other, the incredibly insane and no-holds-barred psychopath, THE VOID!!!! Ready, FIGHT!!!

scatman's world

YESSSSSS THIS MOVIE IS SO GOOD I knew Alicia would love it especially the Bob stuff. The after credit scenes are so good and the comedy is peak, amazing reaction.

Okarun

been a while since we've had a proper marvel episode in patreon

Luccii7887

what a fantastic end credit scene

MoD+

I was very surprised. Had low expectations. But is was a very good movie :) I liked it

fonz lopez

The thing about this movie that did it for me was it felt like it had a heart behind it. It felt like most post endgame movies were just products. This one felt like it meant something to whoever wrote it and directed it. Cos it took so many characters not from great stuff and showed the potential they had to be as special as anyone the mcu has brought before.

Golden Witch Beatrice

It’s so fucking funny that Alicia didn’t realize that was Hopper till the post credit scene. Never change VTubber Barbra Howard😂

Nightmareman99

Yesssss!!!!! She finally realized Who the Red Guardian is!!!!!

SomeNotTakenName

I have no clue who Bob's actor is, but he did such a great job.

AkkYleX

So fucking glad I watched this again with you, great insight and yeah when the first shadow appears it still catches me off-guard

Lance Ivy

why was this movie so shit on that was delightfull i never watched it cause everyone said it was antman 3 baad \

Sam Smith

cool that they used ghost but i feel like they really wasted Taskmaster as a MCU character

AnonDex

I did not see this movie because I didn't expect anything from marvel anymore, but this movie was amazing, now gotta check when is that new avengers stuff

AuxOx

it was good because it focused on the characters and actually made us like them. Even Alicia was warming up to John Walker by the end. That's how marvel can come back, with good characters and their stories. Not the "stories" about superpowered men-hating lawyers crying about why they can't find a guy to date them or an interdimensional kid who's most interesting story is her killing her parents because she was scared of a god damn bee (and not even in her own movie)

AuxOx

To be fair that character was so incredibly not Taskmaster that they would have to completely retcon the character to make it work, and they still might

Adam

yep.

Adam

Comic-Accurate Taskmaster gets his ass kicked all the time.

Adam

And get his ass kicked even more. The guy's literally the whipping boy of the Marvel Universe.

Andrew birds

I think they could have picked up the pieces and made something of this taskmaster. What we got of her in this film was nice, and it showed she was a skilled fighter. Even if they decided to kill her in this movie, I think they should have done it later into the movie, or had her die in a less underwhelming way

Andrew birds

Lewis Pullman, son of Bill Pullman, who played President Whitmore in Independence Day and Lone Starr in Spaceballs

ReaperKitty

Absolutely. No offense to the actress cause she was just working with what they gave her. But that portrayal was just a mute brainwashed assasin, while Taskmaster is supposed to be a cocky loudmouth.

ReaperKitty

Was about to make an argument against that, then I remembered about what Moon Knight did to him. Totally agree yet I still really enjoy him.

JuanmaRailgun

Idk how I missed this upload until it went live on YT 😱 (Prolly because I was playing RE Requiem)

Jackie Rollins

You actually have to mix gasoline with the alchol for a proper moltov to work. I think the alchol content is too low to ignite other wise.

Sweyn Nelson

Did we watch wandavision and Agatha all along?

Easy Mode - A.I

made it 6 mins in before I wanted to close vod. i'm glad I didn't go to theaters

John Knotts

1:52:46 As someone who has to take meds for depression and anxiety everyday, I just want to tell you that just because the pills continue doesn't mean the illness does too. We all have help coming from somewhere, so don't worry about whether it's over or not, the life you have in this moment proves that you're really living. Sorry if I came off preachy, I just wanted to put in my two cents to try and possibly help you or anyone else reading.

Az256

Rewatch with friends let's goo

GrimPitbull

The extremely dark thought process Yelena must have had before letting the Void take her properly felt like, hey one one hand if I'm wrong I die and don't have to live with depression or two, I survive and somehow save Bob. Crazy work.

Aaron Grant

This is definitely one of the best Marvel movies there is it's just so relatable. I've seen it a few times still makes me cry every time

Gildarts1#fan

This is the start of Marvel's comeback, this was so good.

Kino

Ah yes, give the man with mental issues and trauma the powers of a god. The Sentry is like Marvel's fucked up version of Superman

Moviejunkie

One line I love from The Void is when he says “It will always be just us.” It hits home just what kind of battle that The Sentry must go through every day with keeping his own demons from taking over and using his powers to end the world.

Loki (not that one)

My favorite thing about bob's line, "I don't think that you do." when Yelena says she knows him, is that its said cold and threateningly, but Bob isn't saying it *as* a threat, just a fact.
