The adaptation they have done for One Piece has been amazing, there were a few things that I wish were done differently in season 1 and so far for season 2 I am loving it, this is what happens when you stick to the source material, people love it, instead of what they did to that abomination of a live action Cowboy Bebop when you do your own thing, people hate it.

Is it just me but in all the fights so far, did Zoro not slash or cut any women !?! Kind of like how he usually doesn't cut women any the anime. All the scenes where he fights women from what I can see it looks like he is either not using the swords or and using the back of the blade to hit them. If so that's a great attention detail !

The Zoro vs. 100 fight looks great in the live-action version, but I prefer the anime version because it's a completely one-sided affair, and in the live-action version, the fight doesn't look as uneven

If they killed Igaram for good, it's understandable that they let Mr. 5 did it and not Robin. That would have been something hard to forgive for both viewers and crew.

I also liked Mr 9 in the live action more than the anime ! That apparently seems to be the consensus from what ive seen. My respect for Mr 9 went up thanks to his unwillingness to give up his partner. Kudos to him for have a moral code

To me one piece is about the history behind the power spikes. One of my favorite moments in the anime is when Luffy beats PX-5. How he dodges the lasers and finishes it with a single hit. All of that wouldn't mean much if we didn't see the whole group struggle against a single pacifista before the timeskip.

He might have a small aversion in doing so with a sword because of his childhood friend. He certainly didn't take it easy on them as shown him just throwing one off the balcony.

Have like 97 of them with 1 heart running around the bar. Have a mid boss at 2 hearts. Then the two bosses at 4 hp. Making sure you put a check point at mid and before boss. I can see that working out so well.

It is kind of unintentionally messed up what happened with Vivi and Mr 9. Early on she inspired him by saying she will look out for her partner. Although she said it for selfish reasons to talk to Igaram alone. He took that to heart and refused to help 5 and Valentine. At this point despite being a little jerk, Mr 9 showed a lot of courage.

Fun fact if you stop and count everyone during the Zoro fight they got exactly 98 extras on top of Mr. 9 and Ms. Monday an every one is shown taking a hit from Zoro that could either kill them or knock them out. They knew some people would and came prepared.
