I'm glad you got to see the show till the end. Despite how gut punching it is, it's lovely to see how much Violet grows as a person and the light she's given to each person she's met. It just goes to show how much importance there is in human feeling and emotion. Each feeling we have deserves to be cherished and explored regardless of what it brings us.

Watching you watch this is also my first time viewing this, after watching your episode 9 reaction and needing to see more, I made the mistake of watching this ep10 on my lunch break at work... It was a bad rest of the day xD And I agree with you, KNOWING the train is coming is so much worse than it showing up out of nowhere. This episode hurts for me especially because I would give anything for birthday letters every year from my dad who passed away on my 31st birthday...

Beautifully Tragic. as I stand here, unable to breathe my throat closing in. My first time watching this episode, it was worse. At least five minutes after their reaction I can still see to type. I PARAGRAPH IN STREAM ABOUT HOW I’M A BIG OL’ PISS BABY WHO LOST THEIR TERMINAL MOM OVER HALF MY LIFE AGO. -ahem- I apologize for the outburst. I love this episode to my own unconsolable suffering tears. It’s beautiful, the characters themselves are so independantly vibrant and beautiful in personality and the thought of the girl never being alone because she knows she’ll feel her mom’s presence at least once a year.., it makes me feel happy in a way.

Not sure why the music was different at the part near the end when the letters were delivered. The netflix version has it but this version for what ever reason has a nefed more subtle sound track. The original one had much more emotion to it. Weird.
