It's worth mentioning that Ramsey is, himself, an executive producer for the show, and that he's always got the final say on who goes home. Given that we have a lot of *proof* that the editing is incredibly biased, I'm more inclined to think that we were given a flawed perspective than that Gordon is just folding to "producer demands." I feel like their hands are instead stuck into deciding that challenges have to always look close, that drama BS has to be encouraged, that sexist nonsense has to be stirred up and retread, et cetera. I think they're *why* the editing gets so scuffed. But for all we know, [eliminated contestant] got more wrong on this service than [contestant who stayed], and the producers wanted to mislead viewers by way of the interviews and editing. It's hard to tell, really. Now, the contestants themselves often being slimey for-reality-TV casting? Absolutely. Which is at the core of all of it. Though, apparently, that eventually shifts a bit after some truly deplorable seasons? Idk the details, but I look forward to that eventuality, at least, given 2000's era stuff gets paaaaainful to watch sometimes.

I'm so glad someone else is mentioning the fact that Gordon has the final say! It's frustrating when people ASSUME Gordon doesn't have the final say on his own show, as if someone can override his decision in a cooking environment. It's his restaurant and reputation on the line.

i dont support porn stars, i think its gross. If couple want to do porn videos to spice up their relationship or whatever then all to you to keep your relationship healthy and intact but nah porn stars with massive body counts hell no....Men or Woman dont matter you may as well get your local purple suit guy with a cane and some gold teeth as your producer. It's just like prostitution and I dont see how anyone can support that.| Also so obvious that elimination was Gorden himself move since of the hiring just right after that. Basically "this is drama for tv and this one i want this person to work in my restaurant"
