Creatine and Ceatinine aren't the same thing. Cree-a-teen is the former, Crea-tin-in is the latter. she's talking about the latter. Creatine is for helping muscles fire. a supplement you can take. Creatinine is a waste product from muscle usage of protein. high levels can be a sign of multiple health issues.
