❤️ hey there folks!! My voice is totally bodied haha. So gotta take a few days to get it back so I can record more. I tried recording this morning and it was REAAAAL bad. Gonna drink some tea with honey and chill.

if you're not sick....I guess Richard did a lot of chores unprompted.....xDDD lol, get better. probably gonna be a couple days. warm, humid air. drink plenty of water (or tea, actually alternating hot and cold is good for inflammation unless it triggers spasms), tumeric and white pepper filled foods to help with inflammation. (or take over the counter NSAIDs if your kidneys can handle it.) Protein and Collagen as well for tissue repair. you probably know all this, but being reminded might spark something.

What i like to do is crush some of the really inexpensive honey lemon cough drops (4-6) and let them melt into my tea i have a fairly large 18 ounce about tea cup. They help numb your throat a bit if it is sore, bonus is adding a little splash of whiskey to make it a modified hot tottie.
