The term for the group of people usually called gypsies is "romani". Although in general they dont like is, there also is a none neglegible amount of people that choose to embrace the name of gypsies as a way to connect to their heritage or to honoured those killed for "being gypsies" in the past. So realistically, just dont use it as an insult and if they mind they will just correct you.

the term your looking for Is Romani, the term that you used Gypsy is used as a Slur towards the Romani people.

I don't think it's accurate to say that the term "gypsy" is a slur. Unlike other words that are considered slurs most people have no issue saying it. I think it's more like how Native Americans are called Indians even though they aren't from India. Each Native American tribe has it's own name and they would probably get upset if you called them the wrong name and they would correct you, but it's not like calling someone the N word.

The creators are very coy on the question of did they kiss in the tunnel. Keep a close eye on Sokka, that shit in the north pole left a scar. Speaking of scars, Zuko and Iroh are royalty so it makes sense they don't know much about roughing it in the wild. Iroh is an experienced general but that could just mean he's accustomed to bringing his provisions and setting up logistics when on campaign.

Those People are called Romani or Roma for short. Altho there are people that claim to be gypsy that are not romani, but have that nomadic tribe life. But thats another story XD PS love your work

Huzzah this ep, whenever I find a secret passage in any game or just going through a tunnel its always... ♫♫ ~SECRET TUNNEL!!~♫♫ Also not only is she in the intro but worth having a glance back at the audience's reaction to Zuko's duel with his father in episode 12. If i remember correctly you even paused it on the perfect frame during your reaction which had me smiling.
