Another clue that Viltrumites might age far more slowly than humans is the fact that they appear to have a healing speed that far, far surpasses humans. Nolan and Mark both appear to heal from severe injuries in days or weeks, where humans would have to go through months or years of recovery for similar injuries. Understandably, anything close to 'regenerative healing' almost always comes with the benefit of massively increased lifespan in fiction, and as a pure Viltrumite who is far stronger than Mark, Nolan would be quite old if he has any grey in his hair.

Oh dude, Monster Girl is one of my favourite characters in the comic! Her story gets pretty wild. Oh, and I don't know why the changed it but Seance Dog, the comic Mark likes, is Science Dog in the comic as well.

Small thing but it's not time being different on different planets per se, the Flaxans live in another entire dimension. Not that there couldn't be like, a hyper gravity planet where time is compressed, it being a semi-common sci-fi trope, just bringing up how that's not the case here.

I really love Omniman's character for being, like, a pretty well-depicted... narcissist? Sociopath? Specific label notwithstanding, the "let's get pizza guys!" line always hits home for me 'cuz it's so realistic. It does not behoove his plans to say something like that; even if he's confident that his family doesn't suspect him, it still needlessly puts out more risk that a.) he doesn't care and b.) might be responsible. But that's exactly the point. He understands he needs to fake it in public, at the funeral, but doesn't understand why he would need to in private, with his family. From his perspective, of course they'd just chill and get pizza. He doesn't actually care (and probably wouldn't even if they had died through some other means) and naturally assumes that his family would feel the same way. And so he lets the mask slip. And goddamn if that isn't relatable.
