There is a reason people say that Mob Psycho is a life changing series. Not only is relatable and thoughtful. It lets you recontextualize your own emotional traumas and is cathartic. Have no worries about expressing your emotions with the show thats what it is there for.

One of the main reasons why I love shows like MP100, Chainsaw Man, & others is how well they focus on the underlying motivations and stressors that ultimately drive the actions not ONLY of the main characters we follow that experience them, but also within the antagonists that trigger those incidents that they face. It's especially because they focus on middle school or high school age kids where those emotions, hormones, & experiences are massively amplified that those always have a way to resonate a bit extra with everything we've experienced. Tons of extra love to ya for all the emotions that hit in this one, as those sorts of stressors and emotional exhaustion are super relatable (especially when you're already goin' through some life for real). Related, there's a Mob Psycho 100 stage play that's WAY better than it has any right to be, and there're some little clips of outtakes from the performance that I can share a Twitter link to next episode (since it involves them accidentally messing up a scene that happens there). I figure it might serve as a good pick-me-up for you to have around since that like 1 min clip is actually something I go back & rewatch when I need a good laugh. I hope ya know we're all around here 'cause we care about ya and we're just as grateful ta have you around and sharing the fun times together!

I did remember this episode being pretty dark. Mob Psycho 100 can tackle some pretty heavy stuff, but it's ultimately a really uplifting story about self-love, self-improvement, and supporting each other. If you're not feeling well, and the downer episodes drain you too much, don't feel the need to push yourself. But I promise that by the end it'll all be worth it and be super uplifting! <3

Honestly, I didn’t know middle schools like that even existed. Ngl I’ve probably had the most plain middle and high school experience so it’s very interesting hearing these stories and how these situations are dealt with. I know no one asked but I honestly feel really bad and disconnected about the fact that none of this has happened, is that wrong? Man, isn't it weird how this over the top gag anime just gets super real? I love it, though. I can really relate to Ritsu, hearing a lot of praise but still feeling like I'm never good enough or worthy of praise. Hey! If you want another show with a supportive training crew, you might wanna check out "How heavy are the dumbbells you lift?" aka "Dumbbell Nan Kilo Moteru?" which is about some high school girls who start going to the gym to get fit. It's got some, mostly good, health and training advice as well. It's a very horny show but if that's not a problem for you, it's really good.
