Pretty big flaw in Steely Dan's plan here: the only thing keeping Jotaro from stomping him into chunky salsa is the fact that Joseph is being held hostage...but Dan said that Joseph is going to die in 10 minutes no matter what. So that whole hostage aspect kinda doesn't work.

Alex

If I were to haggle, I feel like I can't do it the Alicia or Joseph "make jokes but don't offend them" way, like I can't deal with bullshit. Like my gameplan would be "How much?" [Lowball them by cutting that in half, or even a quarter] [Meet them in the middle of their next offer] And then if they make another offer and I'm still not feeling the price, go "Alright, then I don't need it." And figure it out from there if they persist. I'm aware this means that I won't be getting anything for less than a quarter of the price but, it'd probably save a lot of time.

Ivan

Well, was going to send you Hugs tommorow, but you can have them today!

Sand Man

Thanks my tomorrow self can suck it 😜

Bastiwen

You guys should watch "Music references in Jojo's Bizarre Adventure" by HamonBeat after each part just to see what you missed and what you got right :) However, I insist on the "AFTER each part", you don't want to get spoiled :P btw, I hope your new treatment helps you get better over time :)

Harper

Just a follow-up to a comment I saw, I'd stay away from HamonBeat, they're problematic.

Bastiwen

Oh I think I know what those grey slides are after the opening! I think it's where you normally have a message from the sponsor of today's episode, like they do in Japan when you watch anime on TV, you know the famous «Kono bangumi wa goran no suponsaa no teikyou de ookurishimasu». Also fun fact, streaming on "illegal" websites is not illegal in Switzerland since it's only downloading and downloading is perfectly legal as long as you are not sharing anything, unlike peer to peer

Bob

Ah, yes. Stands have now been established to be able to shrink just as a universal ability. Keep that in mind in the future. The Lovers is a perfect example why the letter grading on the stand stats are way, way less important than whatever unique ability a stand has. The Lovers card in the tarot by the way does indeed symbolize love, harmony and relationships but also choices and trials. I would talk about what your stand might be but I think we have to wait until part 4 first. Just trust me on that.

Bastiwen

Old Joseph is not the same voice actor as Heihachi from Tekken 2, he only took this role from Tag 2 onward, before that there were three other voice actors, one for T1, one for T2 and one for T3 to T6.

Twiska Brand

Not to hate, but why are you okay showing full uncut episodes of JoJo to us but not willing to watch it on a pirate site? Like, I'm pretty sure you'd get in far more trouble for showing these episodes to us than watching a torrented file with fan subs or watching a pirate site.

Nina

Glad Ant's here, it's like going to the ball game with my grand pappy.

Aspy130

Don’t worry ant, as another man in his mid 20’s I get how old knowing all the references can make you feel lmao

Joey Cat

Thanks for the early uploads Queen :) Got way more invested in the haggling lessons then I thought I would, every days a school day I guess XD "OH GOD!!!!!" Classic Joseph Love how as soon as that kid was smacked all the horniness for Dan died instantly...and queen still callin him hot XD Hope you're not pushing yourself too hard Queen, we know you work hard for us but I hope it's not to the detriment of your sleep schedule and health.

Nicholas Wilhelm

This was ironically the perfect episode to bring up her ex and neither of them probably noticed lmaow (hope you are doing alright)

jacob foti

Alicia talking about them getting on a plane like any plane with Joseph on it would manage to complete its flight.

Joey Cat

As for Alicias stand Name: MyBabies Design: Her stand would look like her Gothic avatar at first, once certain conditions are met will evolve into her Dark Elf form. However once conditions are removed will revert to a smaller, weaker form of her Gothic form. Description: Starts off with no abilities whatsoever save for having impressive range and speed. However for everyone that Alicia considers her baby is in close proximity of her "MyBabies" becomes more and more powerful. After a certain limit it will evolve to its Dark Elf form and it will be nigh indestructible along with Alicia herself, with further augmentations granting it glowing pink heart eyes, allowing her to harness new abilities as she grows whilst also boosting her babies abilities as well, for example a 9 year old gaining the strength similar to an Olympic athlete). Weakness: While seeming very powerful it has one crippling weakness, should everyone that Alicia considers her babies get too far away her power will be severely crippled, leaving her even more vulnerable then before she activated her stand. Gothic Form Stats: Everything save for speed and range being fairly high Dark Elf Form Stats: Depends on how many of Alicias "babies" are in range, possibilities are endless Withered Gothic Form: After all of her babies are out of range stats will plummet to near zero, becoming very weak

lightwizard

Aliciaxlife would have the bell-like stand Ringa Ringa with the ability to create sounds such as ultrasound waves or music. (Reference "a. r. Rahman ringa ringa")

Werguild

I'm SO ready for the greatest 20 seconds of part 3~

k.rainesdd

It looks like Jotaro finally got humbled this episode

mmg86

Nope, Alicia, there won't and can't be anything like a Stand "giving their power or energy" to another one. It'd be completely antithetical to what Stands are. The series does mention "Stand Power/Energy" a few times, but it's sort of a weird remnant of the absolute earliest ideas the author had when he was first implementing the concept of Stands. You have only been getting glimpses of it for a few episodes, but Stands are all about having specific abilities/properties, such as the ones of Hanged Man and Justice. Stuff that you can't really measure, because they aren't about force/energy. In conclusion, the closest it can get to that is allied characters using the abilities of their Stands on each other (be it on the Stand itself or on the user)

Enchiladas

Joseph's voice actor only voiced Heihachi in Tag 2, SFxTekken, and 7. He's also the voice of Professor Oak and Mr Satan.

Periwinkle (Secco Mode)

Ant I feel you so much w the burrito thing. I cannot STAND sour cream which sucks bc taco bell is my go-to when I'm in the mood for fast food and getting sour cream on something that I didn't want it on basically means I'm not eating unless I'm still at or near the restaurant when I notice so I can get it replaced

Alexandre Géhin

Can someone please tell me what she said around 13:41 "People tell me that part 4 Jojo is gonna be a ......." I tried to listen to it over and but I can't make it out

Alexandre Géhin

You know, I think using a legal site to record anime and share it online is illegal already, and I don't think anyone's gotten in trouble for using an illegal site

Fury

Just wondering, Alecia, Do you plan at all to continue watching Azur Lane? id love to see more of your reactions. the story only continues to improve

VJ Sins

God this patreon is so worth it, and its really great because I wanna support you for your case, and for your content, so the fact im getting my moneys worth and supporting you is a great benefit

Angel Barrera

When you asked for jotaro to be humbled this was the episode I thought of

Ace Skeletonne

oh my bad i forgot about the legal worries of watching on some streaming sites

Yagi di Hoshi

In the dub when Steely Dan uses Jotaro as a bridge & bounces on him, he goes "Boing, boing, boing!"

Hollowjac

Alicia your stand is delirium

Zandorum

There won't be an anime of it but there is a side story that DOES have a stand that has neurochemical manipulation so it COULD make someone depressed.

macattack

Don't worry ant I'm here 29 Feeling older by each episode we watch

macattack

Only stand I can think to give you would be the mother's stand. Able to protect and heal anyone at the cost Body degrading. You can heal yourself but another other person or thing will Decay and if you use it too much or your damage so much That the decay destroys the body or object to quickly.

Jargo

Don't feel bad. A LOT of people think Ceasar is Dio on just watching the openings.

Serith

Alicia, stand name: Baby Love Ability: if Alicia is within 30 feet of a child under the age of 15 she can instantly teleport to that child. In addition, as long as Alicia is in physical contact with a child that child cannot be harmed in any way.

Rhodair

Any place that requires haggling is instantly written off by me - my introverted ass ain't putting up with that
