I'm only 19, but still remember countless moments where a teacher made a reference that only I got. I like the "monster of the week" style writing in Part 3 mostly because the story is written around it very well. It's actually pretty interesting because I don't usually enjoy that sort of writing in anime.

The problem with the prices for the food places was that in Japan at the time it wasn't an option to go to other places because every food place was doing it, it was this thing we're basically everyone agreed to raise their prices so "they could all get rich" instead of undercutting eachother.
