After seeing what my mother went through before she passed away, I cannot imagine how much it puts a strain on your body. Stay strong and focus on yourself. Thank you for the positivity, Alicia.

Seeing all this behind the scenes stuff is so surreal when i've only watched the YouTube stuff before. Its heart breaking to see the stuff you're going through with cancer and everything. We've got you in our prayers, you're gonna beat this thing ❤

The Force

Knowing where you're at now with cancer, and seeing this here, is so weirdly awesome to me, you have fought an amazing fight and kicked ass like a real legend! It took me a long time to figure out why Aang had to "let go" of Katara, especially since we know that canonically they end up together and were always going to. My best guess is similar to what someone else said here: loving is not bad, caring and being connected is not bad. Being obsessed, dependent, or overly *attached* IS bad. It can drag us down, cause us to act against ourselves even if it's for a good reason or a good person, it can make us do bad things. Think about everytime Katara or Appa are in danger and how he loses control and hurts a lot of people, and almost indiscriminately. That's *not* healthy, but the love and connection itself are, but that's just my take.

Igor Chmurski

letting go of eartly atachments in this episode isn't as much of letting go, as in being able to let go. Remember, they are learning how to control the flaw of energy inside himself. The fact that he feels attached isn't a problem. the problem is that he is bound by this atachment. He can't control it and as such isn't able to control his energy. He can feel atached, he just has to learn to not be bound by this desire.

I know this was over a year ago, and I'm just some random stranger on the internet but...for what it's worth, I didn't skip past the first 8 minutes of this. I don't know if it helps at all, but when you were talkin'...someone was listening. <3

Silverbell_TTV

I feel you on skipping the "previously" segments. When a show has the "next time" preview segments I skip those. Title sequences on most shows are full of spoilers. I don't even watch trailers for movies I already know I'm going to go see. Even telling someone, "Ooh this is a good episode!" can be a spoiler.

Alex Hunter

I’m coming in late but I hope everything worked out. I can understand, my wife had to go through a similar series of issues which ended in a hysterectomy and us missing our window to have any kids as well.

Winter Turnip

am glad you take breaks when you need to. seeing you enjoy this show bring so much joy

Hellguin

I know this is almost 2 years old and things (that you tell everyone now) seem on the up and up and I am so happy about that, the first 10 minutes of this video hurt my heart so much... It is just so raw and emotional and to go from that to the reaction was very jarring. I am hoping the best of everything for you and really hope you get ALL the goodness you should have.

Jay

You're an inspiration truly.

Swan Ronson

I remember almost breaking down watching this 2 years ago, and hoping with all my heart that I'd be able to re-watch this series with good news from Alicia. Now I'm SO happy that I can do that!

Bologna Amputation

I wish I could go back in time to tell you how much things have improved for you, how everything you fought for was worth it, and then some.

Jon C

There isn't anything I can say to make these feeling you are having any better, but you are incredibly strong for being able to deal with everything up to this point. I am certain you will beat the cancer. You will look back on this time as a turning point in your life for the better. Sometimes we reach the darkess place before we finally reach the place we belong.

Sand Man

Sorry to hear the news, your an amazing person with a bright personality even when going through something so rough, you've gained my support until I'm broke lol, Really glad to hear this has always been a happy space for you, its the same for me, and i really appreciate your work to make this a place i can go to get out of my own life a bit, And we'll take any mood we can get as long as we get you with it, Glad I found your channel and i look forward to continuing these amazing journeys together

Tachyon Fast

You’re amazing Alicia. Seriously fantastic. I hope you’ll pace yourself and always find some enjoyment in your life. Family, work, whatever form that takes for you. If anyone’s able to kick C’s ass it would be you.

Tachyon Fast

I think it’s safe to say that illness kicks some sense INTO Zuko.

Charlie baker

Oh you poor sweet woman, we adore you and are rooting for you so damn hard, do whatever you need to do to be as happy as possible and we will support you every step of the way. Never feel bad for venting, we are all ears whenever you need. Alicia we are here for you not the show and you will always be more important to us then some random moment in a show we like. You are gonna be a great mama to some lucky child no matter what.

Crustacean Monarch

Things are rough right now, and most likely scary, but I know you will make it through this. You're going to be a mother, and a fucking great one at that. We'll be here to support you through this. If you want to rant, we'll listen. If you need an escapism, we'll point you in a good direction. Stay strong, our thoughts are with you during this.

Munir

I hope you can find some joy in the fact that even when you're going through hell, you still provide some of the best react content I've seen (and I've seen an embarassing amount).

Paul32

Thank you for your reaction and energy. Wish you the best

You have army of baby beans right here loving you, and telling you we understand. Sending hugs your way

Verdigree

I'd forgotten how much Ty Lee crushes on Azula in this section of episodes, and Azula is a lot like a cat basking in admiration

Nate Zabinski

TBH I've been giving you as wide of a berth as possible when it comes to uploading videos. Who cares if you drop a series or take a day off? The people who think that a cancer patient isn't working hard enough aren't worth the time of day!

Sven Hegenbart

You dont have to record episode we all can wait til you feel better. The setup in this ep is sooo good. Azula is really a well written villain.

VJ Sins

We can wait for a reaction of a silly little show, its extremely strong of you to be able to record today but its not that necessary of you to strain yourself. I hope the cancer isnt genetic, and i wish you all the best. Keep fighting girl

VJ Sins

Speaking of Azula's voice actress, im not sure if you know or if people told you, but its the same VA for Delilah Briarwood

Ren

Thank you for your reaction even though you're not feeling well, I know you've been told by plenty of others but take as much time as you want and rest as much as you need. Much love <3

Zorndyke

Never apologize for feeling how you feel. Cancer is a bastard. I can understand you want to avoid wallowing, but denying how you feel can be just as bad. I trust you can find the right balance between the two extremes. I believe you will beat this. I believe you can have children one day. And I know you will one way or another. But I know you'll have them on your own. We all love you, Alicia. We'll all be there with you. And yes, Toph and Azula are amazing characters :)

Joey Cat

Take all the rest you need queen, we aren't going anywhere <3 Azula is one of my favorite villains of all time. Shes smart, savage, powerful and manipulative and you rarely see a moment where shes on the back-foot giving her this untouchable air. Thanks for the reaction as always queen :)

Dead Man Talking

Honestly, if you don't feel like you have the energy or state of mind to record, please don't push yourself to do it if you don't think you can. I know you said it makes you happier but I just hope you don't hurt yourself pushing yourself to do it. Thank you for the reaction!

rrrebo

With much love, you do. Not. EVER. Need to apologize to us for feeling any particular way. You owe us NOTHING. You are going through SO MUCH, and we are LUCKY and privileged that you share your time and these experiences with us. If these reactions help to get you into your Happy Place, that's fantastic. We love that for you. If it's too much to record, don't do it for us. If you are doing it for YOU, to make you feel better, then by all means, go for it, but you and your well-being come first. Take care of yourself first. I mean, I know you do, and I'm really glad you have a supportive family. My sweet bean, I wish I could give you a big squishy hug and make everything instantly ok. And it may be small comfort, but...my sister and I are both adopted. There's no shortage of babies out there in need of loving mommas. If it comes down to it, there are children out there who will be SO LUCKY to get you as a mom. <3

BamBam

girl... there is nothing more to add than what people here have already said but i have to add that it makes me feel uneasy to recive content from u while ur in a state that... in your state... wish you all the best, rest as much as you can and stay strong queen <3

Carl Morgan

Take all the time that you need. Your health is way more important, but we appreciate you pushing through for us

Kawaii Edgelord

While its important to love those important to you and recognize how valuable that love is, it's also important to face the reality that we are not immortal and we must be ready to face loss in a healthy manner. Feeling grief isn't a bad thing at all, it's normal, but you mustn't let it cripple you or become an obstacle to you living your life, that's when it turns destructive and unhealthy.

Dyno

Yea, for Zuko. Hunting down Aang was almost like an addiction for him. We saw in these last few episodes how anxious he was getting because he couldn't do that. Iroh is able to help him get through this, and then Zuko crashes hard. But he gets through it, he's clear, he doesn't feel that drive to hunt Aang now. So, he can just be in recovery now.

AlexXis Amadeus

Nothing should be more important than maintaining your health and your family. You have nothing to apologize for. Be well, and be strong, we know you've got a tough road ahead and we are all wishing for the best for you.

David G

We wholly appreciate you pushing content through tough times. I can definitely see your strength and tenacity through all of this. You've got this!! As for the Guru, I figure what he means with the last Chakra is that Aang needs to be able to do his job as the Avatar regardless of his attachments to the world. Aangs integrity as the Avatar must be preserved, even if something were to happen to his strong attachments. So people in the world can count on Aang to do his job to bring balance to the world :)

Christian Dixson

ah man if u need a break plz take it. this lowkey killed me a bit not to be negative mb. just rooting for u

HeavenlyNoomba

Man you need to take a break cuz that 180 for your intro it hit me so pls take a break for yourself pls

Nightowl

I wanted to wait until I had caught up with all your Avatar videos to leave you a longer comment but that intro hit me hard. I am glad that you included it and are so open about your situation because after watching quite a few of your videos and the comments you have made along the way about your situation I care about how you are doing. It breaks my heart to hear that you are not doing well right now (at the time of this recording) and that you probably have a long and hard way in front of you. There is really not much I can say besides that on the one hand I value and enjoy your content but that on the other hand I really hope that you are producing it mostly for your own benefit and that you will take a break whenever you are not feeling up to it or are even just not in the mood for it. I wish you all the best!
