GeneralBass

Homelander actor so good you froze in fear during the Mesmer scene

Nox Demetre

The BOYS!! Keep your health up queen!

Mojo

Oh - If you want star wars, can't wait for you to see Andor. Geniuenly one of the best entries to the Star wars universe or any sci-fi series and you only *really* need to see the first 3 star wars movies to get into it.

Mojo

Don't worry bout redemptions, Alicia. We know they are gonna come. <3

Bastiwen

Not gonna lie, when Butcher and Hughie were on that bench I cried a little. Not like full on sobbing but a couple of tears started to run. Also, you better not lie about watching Star Wars and LOTR here! I don't care if people haven't watched them or don't like them but don't play with my emotions like that lol

Jamie Carr

Oh how I have waited for this!

Nick

the boys are back in town!

D-Money

The ring tone isn’t from Star Wars it’s Ride Of The Valkyries by Richard Wagner

Gai Valentine

I mean if you aren’t aware of the amount of lying snakes that are in VShojo and their incompetence as a company, that’s fine. Ignorance is bliss and you can enjoy whatever you want.

james blaire

Ehh star wars can wait a few year but the lord of the rings trilogy Extended Cut? Thats the one i hope that gets watched it has the scenes that were cut out too, also the boys WOO lol

Bob

Yeyeye, Blue Angels reference! The Blue Angels are like the US Navy's flight demonstration squad, they do air shows with sick stunts in F/A-18 Hornets! I had a VHS tape with them when I was a kid, used to watch it to death! Pretty funny that Haley Joel Osment is playing a character who used to be a famous child actor way back when. You'll recognize him from 6th Sense with Bruce Willis. He also voices Sora in Kingdom Hearts. The music on MM's phone isn't Star Wars it's Ride of the Valkyries from Richard Wagner's music drama The Valkyrie. Thanks to Apocalypse Now it is commonly associated with US helicopter cavalry. I'd say Star Wars is worth a watch, at least the old movies, and Lord of the Rings is definitely worth watching. The character analogous to Kimiko in the comic book is never given a name, she's known as The Female of the Species of just The Female for short. She has an entirely different backstory as well, she's basically a walking Asterix & Obelix reference. She fell into a vat of compund V as a child, she was then held in a facility until she escaped and while she was escaping the guards trying to catch her kept quoting Aliens. Also Frenchie in the comics is genuinely just a crazy person who may or may not be French even, his backstory involves his dad being killed in a baguette lance bicycle joust but at least he's a good guy at heart and he gets the job done. Frenchie and the Female were never really supposed to be characters in the comic, more like comic relief. Oh, and Colby Minifie who plays Ashley really is quite good, isn't she? Both her and Erin Moriarty who plays Starlight appear in Jessica Jones as well and they're both really good in that show too!

TheTrashBandit

why does Butcher kinda remind me of looong looong maaan

Memento Forever

AH YES... SOra... from swabbing urethras to swinging keys to being a supe

V_VMat

I don't use Instagram so I only know Vtuber Alicia 😅 The ring tone was Ride of the Valkyries (it even said that in the subtitles), though Imperial March (Vader's theme) would fit Butcher as well 😂

Philip Thomas

When MM was upset at her taking the stuff, not to defend him too much, but he has OCD, so everything was all neat and it bothered him that it got messed up, not just that it fell.

cyberspacecat

I feel like the fakeness of corporate vtubing is a bit overblown. Ofc it'll depend, and some play it up more than others, but it's just a whole bunch of streamers who want to make stuff and entertain people, some of em just put on voices (which also helps with anonymity).

Di

Wow I knew about Star Wars and lotr, but u haven’t seen Harry Potter either? Lol crazy

Tony

I can already tell people are gonna be mad about the corpo Vtuber comments when this hits YouTube lol. A bit overblown, none don’t allow you to date, a lot of Hololive/Nijisanji members are married or in relationships. It’s just because of the parasocial nature of the industry, most chose to keep that private. It’s not that they force you to fit some personality and everything is fake and calculated, just that the designs are made in advanced and the auditions are typecast for specific roles.

Nightowl

“Black Noir could be the baby” got a good laugh out of me. Keep spinning your theories.

ShreddedNinja

It's easy to tell that corporate Vtubers are manufactured because every one of them despises their debut streams because that's not who they are. Eventually, their real personalities blend into their manufactured ones to make a hybrid of what they're like and should be. That's why they hate their debuts because it's all fake without an ounce of them.

SweetrollDealer

Oh boy wait until she hears about the Kpop idol industry. Lots more F'd up

macattack

she has that wire hanger kind of mom vibe to her.

Revy two.hands

forget star wars! star trek is where the magic is. trek has saved lives and shaped like lives of millions.

Jonah Downs

Let's just say if you do end up watching LotR, Butcher might make a surprise appearance

Chase Cash

Oof that vshojo shout-out didn't age well. How the mighty have fallen

Taylor Lapira

Casting Haley Joel Osment as a washed-up ex-child star/psychic is so funny to me (for anyone who doesn't know he played the kid in The Sixth Sense)
