Chamoun101

God dammit, Alicia is on a roll. 🤩🐁🙏

The manhwa (webtoon) is Korean in origin, but the anime is Japanese in origin, produced by A-1 Pictures (the same studio that did SAO). And they cooked on it.

King Black

the manwha is korean but the anime original language is japanese that has a korean dub

Okoga

Feels weird watching an episode one of something that was completed, used to things still going when the anime drops.

The Force

This is *the first* show I'll be watching where I read it first. This will either be peak as fuck, or crash and burn in a few episodes if budget runs out. First ep was quality so I'm holding out and hoping it will Arise to the peak!

Deception

that wasnt korean that was hindi or something korean dub comes january 9

Malik myers

its based on korean manga (idk how to spell it) but the original dub will be in japanese cause its a japanese studio that took the rights for animation also that was not korean lol

pinchechino

The show has a different start to the manhwa but it’s to be expected like the Chae Hae-In scene. A bit unnecessary but it’s fan service for manhwa readers.

Thevenomous

Lmao that's not Korean, its Hindi. I dont know why, but Japanese and Hindi are the only languages available currently. And while the story itself is from a Korean manhua, this anime is made by a Japanese studio so the original language is still Japanese.

MoD+

I read the Manhwa (idk how the korean Manga is spelled) It was a good ride. 1Ep is good. I am curious on how it will get adapted in the next episodes :) Sure it will be good

Charlie baker

Solo leveling was carried so hard by its art, really hope they let jin keep some personality once he gets strong

Rev5150 Crow

I was jumping up and down the entire time watching this! This is one of my favorite works of fiction, I read it all as it came out and even have one of the hard copies. I am so pumped to not only see the anime, but see you react to it!

jim remer

nah as someone who has read this like 3 times im beyond hyped for this this first episode was a good start as well

Draconic

so excited for you to get into this, read the series and I think you're gonna love it.

Charmander

Just got to say, no the original is Japanese. The mouth movements will line up with the Japanese audio since the anime is created by a Japanese studio. It is the source material which is Korean.

Kobalt Reaver

Not a slight on the Korean language or anything but I cannot watch things in anything but English or Japanese. It just sounds so off to me that I cannot pay attention.

Zachery

Ain't no way she thought hindi was korean. The dialog was so distracting she forgot her own language

Xanis

As a gamer and someone with a general sense of self-preservation: This room screams Latin music and "don't step into the middle".

Sand Man

i dont think people are saying you're dark and edgy because you assume someone will die, i think they say that because on occasion you will burst out laughing at a serious death scene lol

Damoniil

I still think the statue smiling would have been the better cliffhanger

PsyrinCall

Gawk Gawk 9000 to god is a Crazy statement to say LMAO.

Cashryn Sins

Alicia...what if I told you there is an abridged of solo leveling being done by a channel called The Anime boiis?

Gabriel KD

I like how everyone assumes it's a video game at the start.

Inroh

How are you going to be a Tekken commentator for years and not realize that language is not Korean lmao
