The one dude not wanting to rush in and get bodied just to save Gojo is probably the smartest man there is. We've seen 1 sexy man, 1 old drunk, and Maki get turned into BBQ, Megumi is getting the ass kicking of a life time by his daddy, Itadori is now taken over, hammer time got her shit rocked, and Mei-mei is probably struggling against Geto. Bear in mind, even Top Sorcerer Gojo couldn't stop from being sealed and patchwork face is still out there somewhere. Being scared of contributing nothing but a fresh corpse isn't a bitch move. A pointless death accomplishes nothing.

Jogo is still my favorite character with an arch in these seasons. I love his fight with Sukuna. My old, angry, one eyed Volcano Man :'( . He cared about his comrades too.

man Jogo gets done so dirty with his fights, he is in such an awkward middle ground where he clears everyone else multiple times over but Gojo and Sukuna clear him multiple times over so he never gets a fight on equal terms with someone. Goes out with pride though.
