The Fat Girlfriend Trap: Chapter 4 (Full Draft) (Patreon)

So this is the full draft of chapter 4 of TFGT.  Wasn't much I needed to do to finish this one off.  Was struggling to find the right words in places, but I think the ending is solid for the chapter overall.  One more chapter left of TFGT, before I move on to focusing on MJY Volume 2 more consistently.  

I made some minor edits and updates in places, but the major stuff is marked toward the end of page 19 and goes until the end of the chapter.

This update amounts to a bit over 1,000 words.  So not a major one, but it gets the ball rolling.  I'll try to keep the word counts coming to make up for the lack of anything posted on Easter.
