Ronya has flat feet, and she ordered new orthopedic insoles. She thought they would help, they are custom-made after all. But every time she goes somewhere, her feet hurt like crazy afterwards.

Insoles are not the solution. What you need is shoes made to fit your feet. My father had flat feet. He had to have orthopedic shoes designed to fit properly. See a good foot doctor who can check your pretty feet to what you need. Over the counter stuff is not all that good.

Unfortunately our financial situation does not allow us to purchase special shoes. Insoles are good but looks like something is wrong with my feet besides that, maybe nerves. Sometimes left foot hurt, other time right. Also overweight puts big pressure on legs.
