Quick update. Boat is out of the water. Some issues discovered. Hopefully we have time to fix them before any delays.

hopefully seals and an impeller will get you back on the river... bumping into loges and debris hitting the prop cause problems not immediately noticeable... had an old Johnson 9.9 that I could overhaul in my sleep... good luck... love yall...

I live about 1/2 mile from the train tracks and crossings. Sometimes they sound like they are coming down the street. Other times you can barely hear them. I guess it depends on weather and wind direction. I love hearing the trains and their whistles/horns.

I’m sure your aware, but common way to get water in lower unit is fishing line around the prop shaft. Sounds like you got it covered with seal replacement. Thanks for the fishing videos, point girls have been on point all season.

As a boat owner there is nothing worse than being on the water and your motor craps out. Always happened somewhere on the water with no cell reception.

The prop seal is leaking but not sure how. Just old. Replacing several things while it's open.
