Nice day of fishing with Alexis. What more could you ask for but a boat and a Tennessee girl. 🧒 Michael I live in west Tennessee close to Kentucky border , if your checking out new fishing in our state, the Tennessee river has some great fishing. If you’re interested in lake try our local lake Reelfoot. There is smaller river called Obion river. If you go further east check out Duck.

Alexis is a cutie and looks great in that blue bikini ! Michael i'm not in Tennessee but I have done a lot of trotlining in my state (Kansas) and we have very similar rules on trotlines and one thing that actually can help catch more fish is to get a topo map of the river and set your trotlines to where they are over flats. The catfish will work those underwater flats at night and swim from flat to flat. I've found the good thing about a 75% trotline is that when you check the line you can hold the end and laterally move the boat and reposition the trotline at upstream or downstream angles over a large flat. 2nd best will be the shallow inside bends/curves in the river as they will feed in the shallows and the inside curves of rivers have slower water speed which Catfish like. Sorry if you already knew all this! Good Luck !

Mike K
