My Bride forced me to go to the er one winter they discovered that I had lost 51 percent of my blood. never did find out where it went. Docs watched me for a year sure it was the big c nopt deidn't happen BUT i leabned how to Trust Jesus. I am now 84 and the most excitement { get is waching yopu guys on the Greenriver down by Paridose

Captain wishing you well in your health journey. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Been in that position several times in life . Family and friends are always the best way to get through the depression. As well as being open with others.

I know what you are going through Capt. I'm 72 (73 in April). I had open heart surgery in 2009 but it failed in 2014. Since then I have had a total of 11 stents put in my heart. The last 4 were 2 in the first of March 2025 and another 2 at the end of March 2025. Followed by pneumonia. Then in May I developed a blood clod that ran the entire length of my left leg and migrated to both lungs. I had a Thrombectomy in June to remove the remainder of the blood clot. After recovering from all that I developed gall bladder issues. I had the Hydascan that could not even find my gall bladder which proved it wasn't working at all. Long story, short. I stayed in the hospital until they could wean me off of Plavix and Eloquis blood thinners. They removed my gall bladder and the surgeon said it was the worst infected he had ever seen. That was in July of 2025. Since then I have put back on weight (I lost 30 pounds during that episode) and am feeling great and almost back to my normal self. I said all of that to say that you will come through this too. I am praying for your healing.

Thanks for the update. No doc here so no recommendations beyond seeking answers for a definitive solution. Got the same ice storm you did. Still hasn't melted off. Good news - 43 days till Spring and the Sun sets a little later each day.

Always thinking about You Captain and i understand what you are going through i spent almost 4 years going for scans mri's and blood tests almost every week and i still have issues but the gall bladder can cause a lot of problems when it dont work right. i had mine removed is 2022 things got some what better after. i really hope you get some answers to what may be wrong. wishing you all the very best Thanks for the update. i am not going anywhere. keep us posted

If I murder my wife because I am super frustrated from working on 2025s income tax return, could I be excused from doing the crime. I need an IP PIN, but my computer tilted and locked me out of the site. They will not answer the dang phone either. The heck with Turbo Tax I guess I'll head into a H&R Block with the pile of tax papers and let them do it. Every year is a mountain of headache for me during tax time. Mike for your ailment try Ginger Brandy. Just keep doing shots until you feel better. I cannot drink booze so I self-treat myself by smoking pot. Remember we are all in this together. Bass are still smashing shiners in the lake out back, even the cold temps are not slowing them down.

Don't be afraid to see a different doctor if you don't think you aren't getting the results you want. Maybe try some light therapy to help with your depression? Winter does get a bit depressing at times. Hang in there Michael. I'll say a prayer for you.🙏

Hate to see you this way. This is the worst time of year for feeling down in general. So add on not knowing what is written with you it's gotta be the worst. I remember you saying a while ago that you were mentally feeling alot happier in general and it showed. So this really has to suck for you. I don't know what else to say except I hope you can get to the bottom of this and get to a resolution.. you're a great person Michael always remember that and you have a lot of people pulling for you!!! When I first started hurting from my gall bladder attack, I went to the local ER but was sent home saying I just had a bad case on indigestion. That was on a Sunday night and I had an already scheduled appointment with my GP on the following Tuesday. He would not let me leave his office and called an ambulance to take me to a Birmingham hospital. I sure hope they can get you some relief. The sooner the better! I want you to know that your videos (and the ladies) helped me get through it all.
