Naked in Motion founder, Willow, is bringing a series of clothed Yoga & Pilates classes to you online! Check out our Patreon page to start your at-home Naked! Yoga practice ~patreon.com/nakedinmotion~ ***Feel free to wear a costume or costume pieces (that you can comfortably move in) to celebrate Halloween! Open-level! Willow is learning ASL and she will incorporate throughout the session (as best she can) for those with hearing disabilities. Viewer discretion is advised. You are responsible for knowing your limits! Always listen to your body and make decisions that work for you. Skip anything you want, and take breaks when you need to. If something hurts, stop. Remember, more is not better, it's just MORE.
