Apparently that day has been designated as "take a chance day" so I'll use that as a fun little encouragement for people to try their at-home practice Naked! even though I will, sadly, be clothed on Youtube. My usual 75 minute Open-Level Yoga class, lots of different options.

Yoga practice ~patreon.com/nakedinmotion~ IT'S TAKE A CHANCE DAY (apparently)...feel free to use this as inspiration to try your at-home practice Naked! OR NOT! Either way, you're still super cool. Open-level! Willow is learning ASL and she will incorporate throughout the session (as best she can) for those with hearing disabilities. Viewer discretion is advised. You are responsible for knowing your limits! Always listen to your body and make decisions that work for you. Skip anything you want, and take breaks when you need to. If something hurts, stop. Remember, more is not better, it's just MORE.
