Happy holiday weekend! See you next week. Will get back to you on what our 5th class will be this month since there are 5 Thursdays in July.

I think that you should be paid for your time and service in your work. You provide a valuable service that improves the mental and physical well-being of your customers. Do not feel stressed about setting your fees. You are entitled to make a living and everyone understands this. Best of luck!

Willow, I really appreciate everything you are doing. I went to Ireland back in 2015 for my honeymoon and it was such a wonderful trip. I'm glad you got to go! Alyssa is doing an AMAZING job and I've really gotten a lot out of her classes so far. I like her focus on the intersection of ease and effort and how she's incorporating the other facets of yoga, reminding me of a lot of the things you talked about re: yama/niyama last year. I am also trying to remember that "more is not better, it's just more" is applicable both on and off the mat. :-) Namaste!

Thanks so much! Glad you're enjoying classes. As far as doing less off the mat, 'tis a lesson I have to re-learn every day :)
