Yes you can change key binds in the option menu in the latest version !

It seems the 2023 version is a bit too buggy to play. Is there some sort of seperate required download to get this to work

2023 version is not recommeded for having a blast to play, just test 2022 version because 2023 was the beginning of unreal engine 5 development, highly expected to be buggy everything else has been contiuned to fix some bugs, if you want to have some clear mind, test inside jabu jabu for bug testing
