Those recovery shops are really amazing. I'm sure everything will be good. You should definitely keep back ups!

Always use Google Drive... you get like 5TB or so and now it's synced automatically. Do it real soon once you recover the files. The monthly sub is below 6$/mo and you don't get nightmares again. Victim of dataloss here by the way. Lost a whole game project too and a pserver of ragnarok too ten years ago.

Really bad new to hear! ;_; No any backup of the data, I suppose. Wish you the best, hope you will recover all your work!

Que tengas buena suerte y puedas recuperar los archivos que tenías guardados en él

R.I.P HDD you did your job well 🙏

Oh no! That's horrible! Hopefully you get your data back, but either way I highly recommend switching to a SSD and backing up on a cloud service! Best of luck moving forward!

C'mon... Tell me you have backup files 😢 Tell me you didn't rely on A single HDD for your huge project... 😰 Wish you all the luck in the world, mate. 🙏🏻 Your luck is our luck. 🙏🏻

Oh no, I remember over 12 years ago, when I lost my coursework files, since this was back when I used a floppy disc. Yes, this was before I used memory sticks.

I'm sincerely sorry for you. it's ugly what happens to you

angelboy

So sad. Hope you get your stuff back!

Can't think of a better thing to spend your Patreon $$$ on, a new SSD! They are cheap nowadays.

Thats rough to hear man. In the future are you planning on using some sort of change control or git to manage your projects and changes, so as not to be bit by your computer again?
