Thank you so much for this. Is there intention to enable support for USB game controllers? I'm on Windows and have an N64 controller hooked up via USB convertor. The computer recognizes the controller and button presses, but the game does not when I am in the input settings trying to change the key bindings.

yes it has, xbox controller or ps5 or if you install the 360 emulator controller it works for all controllers but you have to rebind everything yourself

Thank you for this but it got me nowhere except frustrated. So normally I do not download other software to make other software work. But since I love Zelda OoT I tried your suggestion anyways. Configuring controller emulation via x360ce is not easy and seems unnecessary. From a user experience perspective it seems ridiculous to ask users to download extra software to use a PnP USB controller. Microsoft Windows recognizes the controller OOTB and the controller can be used in the Project64 Ocarina of Time emulator without any outside software or manually confirmations/mappings being made. Sadly I was unable to get mappings correct for my "authentic plug n play original n64 controller" so I will not be playing this version of the game :(

I tried it with an ps5 Controller via Bluetooth and its Not working :( any idea? Btw I also saw that no Change is getting Saved under nvidia settings in Game - is that normal?

Sorry i will work on it to have some in built settings but even AAA studios that use unreal have some problems.. maybe try to open up steam and let it steam make the inputs for you, normaly that should work too

If on Free tier for Mega - it makes you wait 5 hours before allowing to Resume the other 5GB. To get around this, you can try a VPN and swich servers/Location/IP, and Resume should work there too (don't reload the page).

Nintendo had an entire team working on it, you did it on your own, I think a few bugs can be expected, Bugs are what make glitches possible anyway, can't wait to try and clip through the door of time ( figuratively and literally) back to my childhood I go. So, I ran into a few bugs, completely expected of course. For instance, first shop on the first level I somehow fell through the floor when exiting (heard the yelling and everything). Is there any way of helping in issues like this or is it a complete level restart?

Yes it works, I just have the buttons set up wrong. Especially when I try to assign the c stick, the right analog just moves the pointer instead. I noticed that the right analog turns the camera in this version so that's probably why I have trouble assigning the c stick controls

Probably shouldn't have quit your job. It says a lot that after 7 years (throughout which you've presumably taking money from people), all you've done is prove you're incapable of properly implementing basic elements, or finishing anything. You've essentially created a small collection of garbage that doesn't actually work, the best aspects of which weren't even made by you. The only reason you haven't received any direct hate is because it's Zelda. Your only claim to any fame is stealing an existing IP. You took 7 year employment gap on your résumé just to make a bug infested, janky mess that only exists to prey on peoples' nostalgia. How many more years until you realize you're not cut out to be a professional game dev?

You have no idea what you're talking about if you don't realize 90% of the work is lighting, assets, music, and world design, none of which he created. I wouldn't be surprised if it was all blueprints instead of actual code. This is not the passion project of an aspiring game developer. This is a lazy, cobbled together mess, slapped together by a money grabbing child, and you're too blind to see it, because "muh beloved ocarina of time." If had even an shred of respect for OoT, Zelda, or the gaming industry as a whole, you wouldn't be shilling for this utter embarrassment of a "remake." This will never release. No one will ever get to play a quality, finished version, this con artist will simply run off with the money, and I will laugh, and say "I told you so."

Looks like I can't extract the file? Link 1 was restricted so I used link 2, both extracting with 7Zip or just Windows' built in system didn't work. Windows was unable to finish the extraction on a certain file and being cut short while 7Zip gives an unreal project that cannot be opened due to 'OcarinaOfTime\Binaries\Win64\OcarinaOfTime-Win64-Shipping.exe OcarinaOfTime CreateProcess()' returning 2. Please can you help I really want to try out this remake!

I just used an app called the Unarchiver to extract the files from the rar file. So I've gotten that taken care of. However, when I open the exe file, my computer says that there was a problem reading the contents of the file, and then it asks to supply a filename encoding to open it. What should I do?

Hello, we can only download the three parts. When we extract the first file, the file (001), it cannot be opened as an archive, or the archive is corrupted. Should we mount an image to combine the three files? I've tried all the Drive links, here are the messages: "This file has been recently viewed or downloaded by too many users." The only link that works is the full version 2022, Mirror 1 Ocarina Of Time 8.5V, which works great, everything is smooth and beautiful, it's a welcome change from the 64 version. Is it possible to send me the document via WeTransfer? This version of Unreal Engine 5.3.2 must be fabulous !!!!

It's good with Part 1: https://gofile.io/d/L7YLAs, it works!! I didn't have the Windows part in Part 1: https://pixeldrain.com/u/qQq9C1nS. I extracted the entire Part 1, which is 11.9 GB. I still downloaded Part 2 and Part 3. They might have been merged, which is surprising! Selecting all three to extract them together doesn't work, even by copying 2 and 3 into Part 1. Anyway, it works by recognizing my graphics card in the configuration menus, it's fabulous. I just can't access the "New Game" menu, I only have the chapter. What magic full of emotion in a great livestream in 2036 with all these textures: grass, moon, magenta sky color. I won't be able to disconnect from this world anymore!!

I finally understood. You have to download all three parts, and then, once all three are on the disk, you need to go back to Part 1 for the Windows file to appear! That's good to know. I'll take note.

What you have to do is just extract the files and thats it! To extract the files use 7zip and then just click on ocarinaoftime.exe

Hello yuri , its actually 7% procent talking about programming wise but i would say without nintendos permission i cant even make it a full game To run this demo, you need a hardware with gtx 1070 atleast

Make sure it’s not launched with the exe in binaries, launch it with 143kb ocarinaoftime.exe and right click that, go to compatibility, and check run this program as administrator. It needs to be run as admin to work.

This is amazing so far! Here are some issues: Sometimes closing your inventory will clip you through the floor. The shield doesn't block deku nuts (from scrubs). The bars in the lower level of the deku tree don't have collision. Bound inputs don't save. In the kokiri shop, there is a wall that you can clip through which will make you fall down, and get stuck. You can only speak to Darunia once. When controlling Navi (that part is cool btw) she can't enter Link's house. The sign by the store says "Link's house". Sometimes when leaving Milo's house, you will go back in or end up by Link's house.

Its probably downloaded to much which is limited, maybe try to join tier list 2 to support download servers and you have a chance to dowmload it faster 🙏

Good Morning! Love your content! I had similar errors to others when extracting files in this version after completing the download. I was able to locate the file causing the error "kaira_2_sunrise_2k.uasset". After Isolating this file (removing it from the extraction packet). I was able to successfully extract all files and run this version. I hope this helps others and possibly improves your development of this awesome project! -S

You need to install 7-Zip on your machine and extract it.

It's safe to download. Google Drive can't scan a archived file, also Google Drive does not support a Virus scan for files over 100mb.
