Welcome to our ’Avoiding Trouble’ collection.

Picture the scene, you've just finished knitting a round on a gorgeous sweater and you realise you purled instead of knitted and knitted instead of purled at the start of the round. What to do!!! Tink back and fix it of course.

So Kay is delighted to join you today to show you how she tinks back.

Join Kay as she:

  • Explains to you what tinking back is
  • Demonstrates how to tink back knit stitches and purl stitches
  • Shows you how to avoid twisting your stitches as you correct your work

You can find tutorials for tinking back K2TOG and SSK here : https://bakerybears.com/trouble/

Thanks kay. Garter stitch is something i struggle with. I can tink it back, but dropping to the rows below, and fixing a mistake there, that I struggle with.I didn't know anout putting your left needle into the right leg to tink a knit stitch though, very handy. 😊💕
