Kat Alvarez

oh my dinner is about to arrive i can’t wait to watch!

Amanda M.

This is the most perfect timing. I had to opt-out of a weekend adventure that I'd already paid for due to not feeling well, so this goes a LONG way towards brightening my night. Adding: KARMA! Also, Taylor writes ALL her songs. She may bring in cowriters, or collaborators, but its widely publicized that she is heavily involved in all aspects of her music. Her writing her own music is the only reason she's able to re-record her first 6 albums after they were sold out from under her. She didn't own the masters, but she owns the words, so she's creating copycat albums being released as "Taylor's Version" and adding songs that didn't make the cut and are "from the vault" to give a little something extra and new.

NotCaseyKasem

Shut the front door, I cannot wait to watch this with you!!! Paused just before the actual eras intro, watching more now 👀👀 Watched the WHOLE ERAS SET, thoroughly enjoyed watching with you, my home dog. She's so good. Like... so good. As a lady, I find her to be so incredible on the level of becoming a freaking billionaire, all on her own merit and despite so so many struggles with terrible things. KARMA is my boyfriend for reals, the proof is in the pudding and my girl DID THAT. She always said she is a songwriter firstly and I liken her to carole king, who is also a fan- taylor has covered her before with her blessing. And YES, she wrote all those songs- those are entirely hers. Prepare yourself for karaoke at the reactor con bc Tay Tay might be representing 👩‍🎤

KyraB

Out to dinner right now but so excited to watch this later tonight.

Darsy Smith

The way I showed my email notification to my family all excited to watch tonight!! The first extra performance you have on there is filmed in Sidney Australia, and that concert contains some of my favorite Taylor moments EVER. OH and the editor on that concert is WILD. There's one moment where they *edit out the person holding her up* so she looks like she's floating! Edit: Yes, We Are Never Getting Back Together is usually different (and is on Eras!), this is her mixing it up and we want a Rock album! TTPD is not that, but she's got time! Re: the crowd, I really hope you noticed in Eras how she has an echo sometimes, which is 76k people singing along!

Daziejane

Just said out loud to an empty house, “looks like I know what I’m doing tonight” 😎

Darsy Smith
>>134406298

I am SCREAMING excited that you got to see how she wrote the song and then see the most epic freaking performance of I Did Something Bad, I'm aaaaaaaaah hell yes!!!! I will say that this is the 'theatrical version' and the version on the actual album is less melodramatic, heh. SO good tho! For 'You Need To Calm Down,' you can't see it in this video but the first 'uh oh, uh oh' section that gets higher, the colored lights on everyone's wrists display out in sections of rainbow, there are some great TikTok videos that show it!

Tal

Thanks bud. Sorry for all of this long reaction. I promise next month I'll ask for an album reaction. Can't wait to watch 😊

johnreaveslive
>>134407936

Bahahaha dude no worries at all! Totally worth it! 😂🙌 I think at first i was like “wonder when this concert starts” but by the time the concert started I was like IT ALL MAKES SENSE! So thank you for including those extra videos!

Darsy Smith
>>134407936

It's a lot BUT they're such good, amazing choices, I can't argue with them! Thanks for your compilation Tal!

Kat Alvarez

she just recently played her biggest crowd in australia i believe it was 96,000 people, also yes she’s written all of these songs from ages like 13 to now

Meredith Mettetal

Ok, I had to pay and see my fellow Nashvillian react to eras! Your sneak peak amused me too much. Happy Friday!

Meredith Mettetal

How do I see the long pond ones your reacted to??? I want it all

Meredith Mettetal

This isn't the eras tour, it's from the Red tour. An also amazing tour

Meredith Mettetal

And now watch her documentary on Netflix, Miss Americana.

Melody P

I've liked your TS YouTube posts...then saw your post that you did the whole Eras Tour, and had to subscribe to check out your reaction to this epic event. :)

Daziejane
>>134406986

Had the chance to catch her Seattle stop of The Eras Tour. I can’t believe this was filmed at the end of the first US leg & her voice still sounded this fantastic. Loving the reaction so far, had to take a break at Fearless for a beverage. 🥃

Daziejane
>>134407936

Kudos for adding the vids at the beginning, loved that. Missing the ability to stream Rep Stadium tour. 🥲

johnreaveslive
>>134411679

The first few videos are additional videos that Tal added, the full Era’s concert is on around 40 mins into the video

Daziejane
>>134409725

It’s also incredible to me that she’s playing Wembley five nights in August. 😳

johnreaveslive
>>134412427

Did you do a year subscription or something? For sure I didn’t try to mislead you or anyone and I can issue you a refund or something for sure!

Meredith Mettetal
>>134412427

I did to watch your eras tour and long pond session reaction, don't refund me, I want to see them too! Don't get me wrong, I'm loving this one, was just expecting eras.

LeAnna

Just rejoined for this haha. Thank you!! ☺️

Darsy Smith
>>134406298

Fearless is her second album, and she wont Album of the Year for it. She's been writing songs since she was 12, so by Fearless she'd been writing songs for six years. Good news if you like the first song from Evermore! It's called Willow and there are something like 5 other versions (not quite at the same level of production, but they're sweet) of it! Marjorie is the song after Willow, she wrote it about her grandmother, who was an opera singer (you can hear a couple of moments of her singing in the mix)! I love that Taylor was able to sing that in such large stadiums all over the world. Her fans started to hold up pictures of her grandma and put the flashlights of their phones on during the song to make it special for her, and now it's a tradition during the song, IIRC. It's my favorite song of hers and I never ever expected to hear it on Eras, I about LOST MY MIND out of excitement when she started it the first time! EDIT: AHHH that's exactly how I felt! 'She's freaking playing this!!!' ahh I love that you said that. 💚

Meredith Mettetal
>>134407936

Ok, you took him on an "eras" tour without it being the actual one. I love this for him, but it's not an actual eras tour

Meredith Mettetal

Ok, sorry we might be getting into eras finally! Ok let's go, sorry

Shicelle

Ok, what 4hrs?! Let’s go!

Meredith Mettetal

Folklore I think is my favorite so far, but all albums have so many I love

Meredith Mettetal

Marjorie is about her grandmother. Her grandma sings her opera in it

Darsy Smith

The black hat giveaway is so sweet every time, but this one hits home in a particular way, because it's Bianka Bryant, Kobe Bryant's daughter, who was six at the time. ALSO, I'm not there yet, but in the 'We Are Never Getting Back Together' song, the dancer who says 'like, EVER' does a different, specific-to-the-location (if possible) version of the phrase, and everyone loves it! YES we absolutely knew what song it was (tbqh we knew it was that song when she came out with the guitar, haha. There was only one song it would be)! You heard the version she initially released for Red at Tiny Desk, but that version had been cut down into an album-worthy version back then. This is the longer (obviously tweaked a bit, given the retrospective line near the end), original version, raw and eloquent. The absolute PAIN of cutting the glory of 'you kept me like a secret but I kept you like an oath!' I'm so glad we get to hear it all now. She released the long version on Red (Taylor's Version).

Daziejane
>>134406986

Made it to Red & All Too Well 10 min version before needing another whiskey. This one she cut down and when she did the re-records due to not owning her work up to Rep, she released the full 10 min version due to (loud) swiftie requests.

Rebecca Christian

Sweet fact: the little girl who got the hat and hug during 22 is Kobe Bryant’s daughter.

Darsy Smith
>>134417756

Something you'd love: a couple of months ago, Taylor started to do mashups of her songs for the acoustic sets! There's this fun meme image showing the way everyone's anticipation and excitement would spike right before they knew which song she was going to pick, guitar and piano... but then they show the graph of us waiting in anxious anticipation of where she's going to mix it up, where the songs will swap, and it's like a super high line that keeps spiking higher, hah!

Darsy Smith

Men dressing for revenge, hmmm. Obviously it depends on your style and all, but I'd like to think either 1) wearing an absolutely stunningly tailored outfit, whether it's a suit or perfectly fitting slacks and a shirt that shows off both style and substance ;) OR 2) wearing something the person you're getting revenge on would hate, especially if it's a ratty band t-shirt that your ex tried to throw out. Looking good, thumbing your nose at the bad influences, living your best life. KARMA is the reactor rewarded with a fully engaging concert by an amazing performer! Thanks for doing this and posting it!!

Krizten Galiano

The way I sat here for this entire video & also answered you out loud every time you had a question. Wish I could remember all of them right now cause I'd just write the answers here. One I remember is yes, she wrote all of those songs, she writes all of her songs. Also, minorly sad you skipped the credits cause they're full of fan shots & "Errors Tour" moments, but that stuff hits more when you've been a long time fan than if you're someone discovering her for the first time as you are.

Daziejane

Karma! I made it 4 whiskeys deep, fabulous reaction!

Melody P

Cowboy boots & hat...with a three piece suit, that's how men dress for revenge.

harperluu

The little girl at the end of the stage is Kobe Bryant’s daughter! I stayed to the end!

Koreamkimmie

omg. just finishing work! New here! Grabbing a cup of coffee lol. I will be watching this until 3am PST lol. Ty for doing this!!

Koreamkimmie

omg so excited. I was at one of the filming nights, 8/5/23. ok i need to focus and watch...love how excited you are and that first part with REP leading up to This tour!!

Koreamkimmie

Yes you hit it!! Hearing the little breaks in vocals, they only filmed 3 nights and got the best they could, but I love listening to the show without the edits and smoothing...drowning out the crow was important for the Concert Film, but you can still hear her true vocals.

Koreamkimmie

as far as know, the biggest crowd was Sydney Australia-90,000 for Eras Tour I could be wrong. we had 70,000

Koreamkimmie

The Eras are not in order at all; She started with Lover Era (2019) because she was ready to tour but then the pandemic happend and all her shows were canceled. I believe she talked about that in Long Pond Sessions for Mirrorball

Koreamkimmie

Fearless was her second album which she won AOTY at grammys. She did not Add her Debut Album as an Era ( Including country hits "Tim McGraw, Teardrops on my Guitar, Our Song, Picture to Burn" but she will throw some in on acoustic set; not sure why she did not make it an an Era, but has not re-recorded it yet. we ere a bit disappointed, but hey...she gave us 44 songs. Can't complain.

Koreamkimmie

great catch on Fearless Era with breath control; I think that is why evermore and folklore was placed in good position to give her some rest. Sorry for so many comments all.

ClaireA

I can’t wait to watch this tomorrow when I have time to fully enjoy it!!!!! So excited.

Michele

Yep - Karma. Taylor has always written all her own songs. She'll often have co-writer's, but it's still mostly her. She'll give others credit even if they didn't contribute much, but there are some people she has shared the writing with. But, most of it is her. That's been an issue over the years, with people insisting that she doesn't write her own songs. It can be so frustrating. I think that's mostly gone away by now, though. Taylor does seem to love performing and it makes her happy when she knows the audience is enjoying the show. She really does like to make it a performance for them, and make it special. I don't know how she's managing to do this show. Usually at least 3 consecutive nights and 3.5+ hours a night, of her just singing song after song with hardly any breaks in between. She did "train" for the tour though. It included running while singing her entire set list for the concert, at different speeds depending on the song.

Amber M.

Karma! Amazing reaction!

Koreamkimmie

YES she wrote Enchanted and all songs on Speak Now when critics accused her of not writing her own music :(. And "Long Live" she wrote for her band, team and fans. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

Koreamkimmie

oh yes the 10 minute "All Too Well" And we all know it All Too Well haha

Sarah Conroy

How does a man dress for revenge you say? Idek lol 😂😂. I don’t even know what Taylor really means except being extra stylish and classy so I guess it’s the same for a man haha

Sarah Conroy

Man There is so much to let you in on because like you said you are very new to her but I think the more you watch the more connections you’ll have between her creative choices all around sometimes she connects so much stuff I have to watch something twice to realize what she did it’s an awesome part of being a swiftie. Really loved seeing your reaction your excitement and honesty

Julie Fish

I kind of love that you're watching this first. Yes, you watch the folklore Long pond sessions and the tiny desk for her lover release. But to get all of this summary, that is the eras tour. To get a real understanding of what she is. So when you go back and you watch her earlier tours and her earlier music videos, or her documentary Miss Americana , every single thing about them makes sense to what you are just witnessing now. And it's beautiful.

Koreamkimmie

Just waiting for reaction to Vigilante S.... lol

Koreamkimmie
>>134423120

I agree with Darsy....depends on yout style and to have the mindset of dressing how you feel without anyone's input

Nicole Sutula

Dressing for revenge? Might sound basic, but: a REALLY nice, well-tailored suit. Sorry, but you can’t go wrong with a classic, if you know how to wear it!

Tal
>>134407936

It wasn't my intention to do performances from each era. just wanted to add a few performances that I love better than she does them on the eras tour, like we are never ever getting back together and i knew you were trouble don't blame I love better on previous tour than how she does them on the eras tour. and the performances I added are from the 1989 tour and the reputation tour. not the red tour

alice

Hi, swiftie from Japan here👋 found your YT channel with Yorushika videos (huge fan!!) and ended up on here after seeing you had an *entire* eras reaction!! Love your vibes!

Tal

Yeah. her biggest show to date was on the Eras Tour and had 96,000 people each night for 3 nights in a row in Melbourne, Australia. It's freakin' crazy she does so many dates this tour with this show being this long. I mean she did 6 shows in a row that stadium. that's a record. she's doing 8 shows in Wembley in London this summer. doing 6 shows in the biggest stadium in Canada. this tour is insane with the amount of shows

Melody P

So many people already know about the stage dive now before attending to the tour or seeing the movie that it's lost its 'impact' for most. So, I really enjoyed watching you flip out at that moment in total surprise. :)

Melody P
>>134432360

I'm often finding new things or perspectives that never occurred to me until watching a reactor's take on her songs/performances. Part of the fun.

Vronnie

LOVED this reaction! Her largest Crowd ever was in Melbourne Australia this year for over 96k!!! I was there and can confirm it was INSANE! best concert ive ever been too

Jewlee Nelson

KARMA! Us Swifties are always gonna be here until the very end!

madison

marjorie, the one in evermore about “what died didn’t stay dead” is about her grandmother who was in opera song and passed away when taylor was 13. her operatic vocals are featured in the song after taylor says “if i didn’t know better i’d think you were singing to me now” 😭😭😭 gets me every time

KyraB

Karma

Eirini

Karma 👑 Nothing can top the Eras tour imo, but Reputation Stadium Tour is a good place to start! If you are interested in knowing more about her as a person (and a bit of her songwriting process) I can’t recommend Miss Americana (her documentary) enough! If you decide to do it, watch it before the Reputation tour, context will elevate it for sure! Don’t worry about the long videos, swifties are here for the long run!

Angie H

The same thing as Taylor of course :)

Tiffany

Karma! I watched this all day off and on lol. Loved the reaction. You should totally do whole album reactions. She had so many amazing songs that aren’t singles. Yes, she writes her own songs even the ones from when she was a teen. It’s fun to start out with baby Taylor (as we call her when she was 17) and watch the content of her lyrics grow with her. As a swiftie, for me personally my favorite thing about her (besides her just being a genuinely amazing and kind person) are her lyrics and storytelling, which you mentioned several times. There’s something so special about her letting us in on these moments and experiences of her life and then finding we can all relate to them in our very own way. Again great job and hope to see more Taylor content soon ♥️

Mia B

Karma! Loved this reaction - great job!💕 If you check out those credits - notice TS is writer on every single song. She has shared her life journey with her fans- the good and bad. Many have shared experiences of heartbreak and being so open with fans through her music has caused a fan base that has her back and their support! Thanks again for such an awesome reaction!

Reconbbs Bsb

Not a huge Taylor Swift fan, but I can gladly say that this concert was amazing. A lot of her lyrics hit me in the feels HARD. Truly phenomenal lyrics.

alice

Karma🐱👑 loved that you enjoyed it, and I’m ngl kinda jealous that THIS is how you got to experience a lot of her songs for the first time (and that there are still a lot of music in her catalogue that you are yet to hear). A lot of the production is so much better live in my opinion, like the guitar riffs in Look What You Made Me Do that you liked is also one of my favorite things from the entire concert, but it’s not on the album version! Wish they released a live album of this entire concert. Eras is kind of like a greatest hits tour, with the last tour being pre-pandemic and having put out 4 new + several re-recorded albums since. If you’re ever thinking to do an album reaction, I’d like to see whatever album you vibed with the most from this concert🙂 like you said, all of her albums are so different from each other sonically (lyrically they’re all good/has gotten better over the years) and I think at this point there’s at least one that would be a favorite for someone! Oh and she’s releasing her 11th album later this month so… Loved your reaction so much, excited to see you in another one!

madison

you’re on your own kid is my FAVORITE which is incredible because for real she has so many incredible songs, but that final bridge always makes me tear up 🥹

Megan Delynn

Thanks for this John-it was so great! For SWIFTIES watching new people realize Tay's incredible talent is like crack🤣 it makes us almost feel like we're getting to hear her work for the first time again! And as far as how a man can dress for Revenge, it doesn't actually have anything to do with the clothes you wear-it has to do with the attitude that you bring to the clothes cuz it could be a towel and you can still be dressed for Revenge! Lastly, to answer your question about Taylor's stamina, she's always been amazing but to prepare for the Eras tour, 6 months prior to the first show, she started running on a treadmill while singing the ENTIRE setlist- faster for fast songs& slower for slow songs! PS- I watched all the way thru-I'm an Elder Swiftie!

Baillie Williams

Commenting while you're in the speak now era. She actually wrote the entire speak now album by herself at 19 since critics/media/haters were accusing her of not writing her own stuff. Love your reaction!

Isabella Peterson

Karma! Loved your reaction to this so much. How you pay attention to all the things going on. 🤍 Love it if you did the documentary miss americana too. It shows a lot of her life, songwriting and things she’s gone through. Oh and i don’t know what a mans revenge outfit would be😂 maybe looking ”rich” and ”stylish” would make most women look back in regret 😂 also like something knew that the other person has never seen haha

Linds K

Karma! 😜

Sahab

Karma! Watched the whole thing in almost one sitting so I watched your reaction while doing a lot of chores to do around the house, took and everything shower, style my hair, did my nails and now I’m getting ready to bed. Thank you so much for your time and amazing reaction. Glad to be a Patreon member.

Michaela

Karma 😄 so glad you enjoyed it!

johnreaveslive

I just wanted to say on here THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH! it’s been a WILD WEEK since posting this video and I’ve loved reading all your comments and seeing “Karma” so much!!! 🙏 for real I can’t wait to see more from Her!!

MM

Karma! (Also watching this got me through a deadline, so thanks for that!!)

KARMA!

>>134659422

Ah I hope someone recommends the speak now tour because everyone in their life needs to see young Taylor do a country rock show

angel

Ooooh if you enjoyed the rocky/theatrical WANEGBT and IKYWT performances, I might also suggest the Speak Now tour as well 👀 Speak Now is the closest to "rock" she's ever really gotten on one of her albums, brushing up with pop punk/pop rock sounds on Better Than Revenge, The Story of Us, Enchanted and Haunted. She's a lot younger during the tour, and the whole show has a bit of a "musical theater" element to its production and structure, but her vocals are just as great, and it's also a great example of how great of a performer and storyteller she's been even from the earlier days of her career.

Magnus Taliesin

We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together was AAAAALL over the radio back in 2012 - I didn't listen to popular music or the radio or even Taylor Swift then but I was still super aware of it and even had it as my ringtone for years XD but you probably heard at least part of it during the oversaturation period.

Magnus Taliesin

They're not remotely in order: she started with Lover era because her tour for that album got cancelled due to COVID. 💜

Lady Martin

Karma! I really loved watching your realtime reaction to this! I probably should have been working a bit more though. :)

johnreaveslive
>>134853641

Bahahahah I appreciate you watching this with me 🙌 I just imagine you went on an extra long lunch break 😂

Magnus Taliesin
>>134852792

had to come back to this off mobile so I could actually type. XD So "You Belong With Me" was from her second album, but I think it was the first big breakthrough out of the Country scene to mainstream popularity? Her first big song was off her debut album and was called Tim McGraw. And yeah, she's always been a writer on her songs, but in early albums she had a lot more help and people involved, which is what led to her essentially solo-writing the entirety of the 1989 album, because people were saying she didn't *actually* write her music.

Shicelle

Now I’m enjoying seeing you reacting to Taylor Swift.

Magnus Taliesin
>>134852792

I always cry during "Long Live". She wrote the song assuming at the time that she wasn't going to have another big success, and wrote it for her band and for the fans. And then the band and singers come up to sing with her, and most of them have been with her for her entire career, so like. This song is literally for them. and I'm so glad they got to have a spotlight moment, y'know? AAAAH emotions.

libbie morgan

to add to why she is SUCH a great performer, my show was during a torrential downpour and she and her dancers didnt miss a single beat. her stage is waterproof to continue singing dancing and playing as they normally would in perfect conditions. nothing was changed, she did this exact concert the ENTIRE TIME. we were dubbed "the rainiest rain show that ever rain showed" by her 😂

Magnus Taliesin
>>134852792

The little girl who gets the hat at the end of "22" is one of Kobe Bryant's surviving daughters, Bianka. Taylor was friends with him, and is friends with the family, thus how they seem to know each other. But there's always somebody picked to get the hat <3

Magnus Taliesin
>>134852792

(I hope the multiple comments is not annoying >>) So we've known there was an about 10 minute version of "All Too Well" (which was shortened to like 3-4 minutes on the original Red album) for a long time, and people have been asking for the ten minute version to be released for just as long. So when she released the re-recording of Red (Red (Taylor's Version)), she included some songs that had been cut from the original release, and that included the 10 minute version of All Too Well. Taylor also directed a short film to it and it's AMAZING you should fully check it out. But she wrote it as catharsis after her breakup with Jake Gyllenhall and someone helped her cut it down, so there was a lot of juicy emotional bits that got put back in and it's frankly one of the best songs ever imo. Er, all to say, yeah, most people at the concert would've known immediately what song she meant. XD

Magnus Taliesin
>>134852792

Yes, Rebecca Harkness (from Last Great American Dynasty) was indeed a real person! And iirc Taylor really did buy her old house!

Elena

Loved watching along! I’m a fairly new fan and, as an adult, what I really appreciate about her is her loyalty to her crew. Most of the band members have been with her since the very beginning. The bassist and the guitar players specifically. You can find pictures of baby Taylor with them. Her backing vocalists have been with her for over a decade too. She has always treated her crew well. I remember watching an old interview where a tv host suggested how dancers or bands are not the most lucrative jobs in the industry because they don’t get any kind of stability or even health insurance. She interrupted him and said “mine do”. Or another time when her opening act was cancelled because she was underage and the main act got a beer company as a sponsor. The main artists still have her some money and the young Taylor said “I was so happy because I could still give my band bonuses.” It sounds to me like she really takes care of her people and I think this makes her a very unique performer too. You can see it in the way her band interacts with her. Another side note is this concert has a lot of callbacks to previous tours, like her spin during fearless, koi fish guitar, singing long live lined up with her band, giving out the hat during 22 among other things. The acoustic set during the actual show is two songs: 1 guitar and 1 piano. They had six songs here because the concert was shot in 3 days in LA so they had the songs from all three shows in this edit.

g. young

96,000 per night in Melbourne Aus. ...86,000 per night in LA. I think LA was 5 nights. Facial expression guy is Jan Ravnik from Slovenia, now based in LA. Trivia...The dancers, singers and band members receive a salary of $2500. USD per show. The tour is 152 shows so each receives $380,000. plus bonus for the tour.

That70s Girl

Karma! I subscribed just to see this whole reaction. I thoroughly enjoyed it. And I know what you mean about this being perfect for people with ADHD. It's so diverse that I didn't get bored for a second - not during the movie screening or when I got to see it Live in Sydney.

Kim

How to dress for revenge: Dress like a badass and make them regret everything. KARMA!

Meredith Mettetal

I'm sure others have said haha, but she's written or co-wrote every song she's sang

Ashley Auker

Karma! Can't believe I watched straight through for 4 hours! Although, I knew as soon as you mentioned your ADHD, you would be completely fine. She is SO engaging, even on screen. She has so many dynamic levels, every album has a different sound and her performance level is top notch. 👌 Keeps you guessing and entertained

Lauren Duthie

The singing in the background of Majorie is actually her Grandma Majorie who the song is about - she was an opera singer and Taylor’s mum had an old recording of her singing ☺️

Louise

Karma 👀

Yasmin grieves

I’m going to see this tour in Liverpool in June and Paramore are supporting. You have NO idea how excited it am!

hayley

This is my new “emotional support on repeat” video 😂 Long live is so much more beautiful when you realise she wrote it about her band mates and fans when she was still a little known star wishing about this moment

Jessica Weed

My favorite part was seeing you realize the greatness of “You’re On Your Own Kid” 🥹

Clarissa

Watched in one sitting lol. It’s an amazing concert and there’s a lot of context and other performances you def should check it out 🤍. I’m here for all your TS reactions, they’re amazing. Ps: the song in piano you loved is “you’re on your on, kid” from midnights album

Lalyz31

I have no clue is supposed to dress for revenge 😅 KARMA

Anna

I came for the Taylor content and I stay for the positive vibes. Thank you and keep the Taylor content coming! (And the good vibes too lol)

Nikki M

What an amazing, kind, and thoughtful reaction! Thank you so much for this John!!! You would LOVE the Reputation Tour, it's Taylor's best tour in my entirely biased opinion :)

Allie Marie

This was so fun to watch!

Tasha

Karma

Tyler Ward

Hey John! I found your YT channel today when I was watching an Alex Ray reaction and she pointed me in your direction! When I heard that you had reacted to the Eras Tour, I subscribed to your Patreon immediately 😂 And you delivered!!!! What an awesome reaction, so glad Alex shouted you out!!! ❤️ ps - I equate the "Making Of" videos to the ads that play before the movie when you go to the theater. It was a good primer for the real deal 😂

Lisa Atkinson

During “22” she always gives her hat to someone down front, that beautiful little girl was the daughter of the late Kobe Bryant. ❤️

Lisa Atkinson

So glad I found your channel, I love when someone appreciates her lyrics like I do. If you ever start watching her music videos please start with Wildest Dreams, Out of the Woods, and Blank Space (the golf clubs will make sense).

Jennifer Mays

So fun rewatching this with someone who had not seen it before. Since you enjoy her engagement with her audience so much, should definitely hunt up some of her "bloopers" videos from the tour; I know there are some compilations out there.

Teri

Sydney Australia. 1989 is her best album overall. She does a rock version of the song, we are never getting back together, and its epic

Teri

The albums are not done in sequence. You can tell what songs are from her country days. Yes, she has written all of her songs. With producers adding pieces here and there.

Teri

At 15 she already had 150 songs under her belt. At 13 she started writing songs for Arista or Sony records.?? But they wouldn’t sign her til later.

Teri

She hires the best production managers from Broadway shows

Rebecca Dennison

Maybe someone already said this but how do men dress for revenge? A well tailored suit

Merice Betancourt

I think a men dressing for revenge will be like a good suit! 😜 Karma!

J

Karma! Fell asleep last night watching and then woke up and turned it back on. 😂

Siri Brown

Okay so her song Marjorie from the evermore era is about her grandmother who has passed away and was an Opera singer. The vocals in the background is a sample of her grandmothers voice.

Siri Brown

You should check out the videos of her Tortured Poets Department set she added to the tour! Not only is her performance amazing but the stage if so freaking cool!

Siri Brown

Also fun fact about the stage. Due to how complex and time consuming it is to set up she has two identical complete stages. So while performing on one stage the other is already on its way to the next city to begin getting put together.

Siri Brown

I have heard that the dance during Vigilante Shit is reminiscent of the musical Chicago

Siri Brown

“Karma is the guy on the Chiefs, coming straight home to me!” I just feel the need to put this line change she makes whenever her boyfriend Travis Kelce is in attendance here.

Swiftsos0024

Karma!! took a break to sleep between folklore and 1989 but i did make it to the end :)

I’m glad I found someone who also likes ‘don’t blame me’ from reputation tour more than the eras performance!

Dom Smith Mountain

Per your reaction to Willow, you would love Evermore! Easily my favorite of hers (might I say, her best work..)

Amanda B

Men dress for revenge; well tailored slacks and dress shirt but not completely buttoned up. And if you’ve got good forearms the sleeves rolled/pushed up to the elbow.

Emma Kinney

Taylor writes all of her songs!

Hilary M

Karmaaaa!!! 🫶

Kelly

Karma! Loved watching this with you!

Ali Foster

96,000/night for 3 nights in a row in Sydney

Ali Foster

Dressing for revenge is one of the only things that women truly own and make no apologies for it. There is no equivalent for men.

Ashley Ortiz

Watching this just got me so excited to see her at NOLA N3

Julie Rickert

60k-90k every night for 152 shows total by the time the Tour is over is INSANE

Sharon

Fun facts: yes Taylor owns the beach house now. Also she is very generous and gave large bonuses to all her staff, dancers etc last Christmas, but she gave $100,000 to each of her truck drivers that kept the tour going. Plz react to “Exile” and “Haunted”.

Sharon

Karma, he’ll yeah!

Sharon

You dress just like I r now dude. U remind me of my husband 30 hrs ago when we first met🙂

Sharon

Fun fact: Taylor gave all her dancers, stagehands & vocalist thousands of dollars in bonuses after the Eras tour, but she gave all the truck drivers a freaking $100,000 bonus each for making sure her equipment was transported and ready at her next show. She is very generous. 🙂

Lori-Ann Lemire

My boyfriend likes to joke that the Blank Space cover of I Prevail is our perfect compromise when we listen to music 😂

Tayla

I went to her first Aus tour back in 2010 in Adelaide with my sister we were 17 and 16 then and it was a crowd of 9,006. We went to the Eras Tour in Melbourne this year at 29 and 30 in a crowd of 96,000 people and nothing will ever beat it. The vibe and love inside that stadium is like nothing I’ve ever experienced. From a socially anxious person I’ve never felt safer than I did in that fam 💕

Tayla

Karma 🫶🏻

Nicole Andrews

The eras are not done in order of album release. ☺️💕

Nicole Andrews

I saw the Eras Tour movie (this filmed concert,) in theaters, and as soon as she said “if you have 10 minutes to spare,”) I lost it!!! I knew right away it was “All to Well.” This is my favorite song!!!! BTW, It’s about Jake Gyllenhaal. Another BTW, you have heard this song, she sang the shorter version of it at her Tiny Desk performance.

Nicole Andrews

Karma is a cat. Purring in my lap cause it loves me. 💕

Sharon

Yes she. Wrote these songs in high school.

mtvcribbs

I went to 2 of the 3 nashville eras shows! I went to the one where she announced the rerecording of Speak now and it was incredible! I scanned all my vip posters too including the nashville specific poster at high resolution if anyone wants the link I'm more than happy to share it

There is no equivalent for men I think. Women own that own. The dressing for revenge question ...lol
