I don't think that you need to bring that back up. I feel it was completely over blown and if they could forgive him, then we should as well. They moved on, so should we!

Debra Gromacki

you should look at the performance of Butter on the bridge for fallon.

I love Butter on the bridge and ON at Grand Central on Jimmy Fallon.

I’m personally not interested in watching a video about the drama but you can do whatever you want. It was blown out of proportions, it was stupid, disappointing and honestly most people are already over it. It’s nice that you want to learn about the past drama but this one is just plain stupid in my opinion. Unfortunately, there have been worse problems with other people, so in case you really want to invest (in my opinion “waste”) some time by getting to know some drama, I would choose something different. Even though I strongly feel like just leaving that kind of stuff in the past. You can explore stuff privately, I don’t know if it’s worth making a video. But still, you can do whatever you want to do 💜

- V is actually a pretty cool dude. We've seen him completely ignore "fans" litterally lunging at him on the street and not even flinch(!) 😎 - I just love Jin's "cocky" approach knowing full well he was gonna loose big time. 😂 And omg J-Hope... 😆 - I think it's totally up to you whether you want to dive into the controversy or not. I'm sure Meg could compile the "highlights" for you. 😉 I think it brought out both some of the best and the worst in ARMY as well as exposed a certain insincerity in James. But an interesting fact that really shows the power of ARMY is that his ratings plummeted to about half when it happened. James was eventually "pardoned" though when the guys chose to appear on the show again (but on a personal note: Uff, the cringe of that interview 😣) whereas Ellen has been permanently blacklisted by ARMY. And while we're at it so has Jimmy Kimmel. Stephen Colbert is cool to ARMYs but I know that some Blinks have issues with that show. (What can I say, it's a maze of wrath 😅) - Since you liked the games they played with James Corden you should definitely check out the ones they played with Jimmy Fallon - they're absolutely hilarious. Subway Olympics is a classic fan favorite.... 😂 Fallon is possibly their biggest showhost fan and has openly supported both them and ARMY on several occations. 💜

V sleeps with his eyes open so he knows how to turn off the visuals with his eyes open. That is why he didn’t flinch. It’s his super power. 😉

Yeah I’m in that boat, like I don’t really enjoy drama especially meaningless drama, like I get all the American Hustle Life drama, and I am interested in that because I feel like that made them in some ways who they are, but not really so much in this case from what I’ve been told

I personally think that James interview was blown way out of proportion. Here is why I say this. James is from the UK and they have a very different sense of humor than other countries. What I think is funny they don’t and what they think is funny I don’t. They like a lot of sarcastic humor. I think the another issue is meanings of words and phrases. We may be using the same words but depending on what country you are from and in the US it can be down to what region or even state you are from the words have different meanings. It really depends on where you are from. So before someone gets mad at what someone else’s is saying you really need to know the meaning of those words based on where that person is from. James is a big BTS fan and he knows ARMYs demographic. When he referenced ARMYs as being 14 year old screaming girls he was totally being sarcastic. I find most of my friends in the UK have that same sarcastic humor. He thought he would take a mickey (UK term) and would get a laugh out of people knowing it’s not true, but it backfired. I feel RM wasn’t so much calling James out but more so trying to de-escalate ARMY. He knew some ARMYs was upset. This misunderstanding/miscommunication happens all the time in a Global Fandom. I can speak on the communication and word meaning based on where you are from issues because I have friends from all over the world (England, Scotland, Wales, Canada, Australia, Norway, Denmark, New Zealand, Germany, Japan, Sweden, Netherlands, Colombia, Peru, Chile) many I have known for over 15-20 years and this happens with us all the time. The difference is we don’t get upset we try to figure out what the other is trying to say and then we laugh at each other. Everyone needs …. Patients, Understand, Forgiveness and a Giant Chill Pill.

When you watch Butter on bridge do not look directly at Jimin lol.. favourite jimin look

Hobi hitting the floor is priceless. I would’ve been disappointed if he hadn’t because everything scares him and I love it. I’m the same way. I love V. I wonder if he was able to do that because he sleeps with his eyes open? I would leave the Corden controversy alone since it’s over and they have been on his show for the crosswalk concert since then after the interview to clear it up. Also Corden is leaving the show after this season ends. All of their performances on Jimmy Fallon are great from their introductions, performances and skits. I would watch them all. Thanks John 🤗💜🇨🇦

It helps that V didn’t get much of the splatter right in front of his face. And, poor Jk was being talked to at the time. I don’t think he would have flinched otherwise. Agree that the Corden Chaos was blown out of proportion but at the same time, I don’t believe he’s the diehard fan he makes out to be. Like Fallon is. Now HE’s Army!!!! I don’t like AHL and I don’t personally believe it made them what they are. As with any experience, it adds to the growth, but BTS and Big Hit had IT from the get go. Talent, personality, and drive. Thank you again for your love for our guys! We love sharing them!!

Auntie Cat

Not worth making a video of that drama or any drama for that matter unless you think you can bring a new perspective on them. Being a baby army myself I think it's water under the bridge already and no point bringing that up again, I would recommend to watch it on your won though so you are at least aware of what happened.

eve camara

Lol thanks for this reaction! Yeah V would definitely surprise you and Suga is a total scaredy-cat lol. Also yeah I wouldn’t bother going over it, at this point is over and done with and I think we are just indifferent towards him now.

Jesi Ryan

The “controversy” was basically a big nothing burger. James recited a hacky joke that didn’t land where he referred to ARMY as teenagers. BTS forgave him, so we all collectively let it go. If you want to watch the interview just to see him interact with BTS and see how awkward James was around the subject, go for it.

Ara

I do think it’s important for us to call out and converse about stereotyping when it happens (especially when you think about what our names, BTS and ARMY, mean), but I also don’t want to dredge up any negativity by bringing up this particular incident, which I do feel that we’ve collectively moved on from. Maybe there’s a larger conversation to be had separate from/including all of this? But you don’t necessarily have to lead that conversation if you don’t want to. Unfortunately, these kinds of things will probably happen again, and maybe that will be a more appropriate time to have that conversation. I don’t want to say that things were blown out of proportion, but I do think that these kinds of conversations require all parties to exercise respect and grace/mercy. I’m sorry if I’m not making sense. 😖 Do what you feel is right? That probably wasn’t super helpful. 😅 💜

100% agree about James Corden the joke he made was so minor. Some people just need to feel insulted and go way too far... with their self righteous indignation.

I have to agree its my favorite jimin look as well. The bridge performance is one of my all time favorites.

That Drama is Not worth the Hype, but bring on the Crosswalk concert, that’s funny and cool to watch. Check out V ‘s frozen pose in RUN BTS episode 32 Santa’s Workshop
