I get hungry every time they cook or eat. The food looks so dang good. Unfortunately where I currently live there aren’t any good Asian restaurants and I have only found 1 Korean restaurants and it’s just meh. I miss living in California. It’s a melting pot of many cultures and there were really good restaurants everywhere. I did order both BTS cookbooks but haven’t had a chance to try the recipe’s yet. I hate cooking for one. 😂 I like red radish but they have to be cut thin with a sprinkle of salt on them. They do have a bite (spicy) to them. I am a crispy bacon person. Lately I have been eating crispy chicken skin (render out all the fat so only skin remains and add a sprinkle of salt) it’s great like chips on sandwiches or crumbled on baked potato and salads.

I prefer chewy bacon. If you hold it up the piece should not flop over, however it shouldn't crumble when you bite it either. Right in the middle is perfect for me. Take care and I wish you a speedy recovery.

This is a cute episode. I absolutely hate radish, but some kind of magic happens to it or something when you make it into kimchi because omg it's so good then!! It became my favorite type of kimchi. I like crispy bacon, but honestly I'll eat bacon in just about any form.
