Nothing really happened to the Kami Band. They are session musicians and as you can see REALLY AWESOME sessions musicians so they just don't have time to tour with BABYMETAL all the time. That's why they change the musicians around from time to time. The last concert you saw had the exact same drummer, bassist and one of the guitar players that were playing in this concert

Good stuff, thanks for this! Unfortunately, it's not Su screaming in Iine!, BMD and Doki Doki, and in most cases we don't really know who is. I think now that they are back to full-power with a stable future, we are likely to see more involvement from Moa, Momo and the band. I hope you enjoy the show and I think you'll be in for a few pleasant surprises!

Most of them are pushing 40 now, have families, kids or other projects. They still play Japan shows.

This is a great concert but honestly John you haven't seen the best. For classic Babymetal you have to see both nights of Tokyo Dome. For modern Babymetal, both nights of Legend Metal Galaxy.

But then there is also Legend S, Legend M, Dark Carnival, Legend 97, Wembley, etc.

Missed the wall of death in IDZ, because you were looking at your phone

yeah I noticed that in the re-watch I really try not to be on my phone during reactions but my wife was at work and needed me to bring her badge when I got finished. will leave the phone off from here on though!

I think that with the rebranding/redesign of Babymetal after Yui's departure, less focus was placed on the band. It makes them more anonymous when they go around the world, since they're all wearing masks you mostly can't tell between the eastern and western Kami Bands. But I do miss a lot of the crowd interactivity the band used to have.

Have fun at the concert ❤️
