Goooood morning beautiful Patreon family ❤️

I hope you are all having an amazing week. The weather here in the UK has been amazing and very hot… it’s delightful!

Firstly - thank you for your understanding with my quietness for the past few weeks. Most of you already know but for those that are new: my other half works abroad and is only home every 4-6 months so I have to really make the most of the time that he is home.

The goodbyes only seem to get harder but we had an amazing few weeks. He left yesterday and potentially won’t be home until Christmas so it’s safe to say emotions were running high yesterday. Alas, I can now jump headfirst back into work and creating content… I’m very excited!!

I finished Radio Silence for the 2nd time while I was in Portugal and I have a lot of thoughts so I’m very excited to bring you that video soon. I have also filmed my review for Heartstopper Vol 5 and it’s waiting to be edited.

Over the next 2 weeks we will be finishing up season 2 of Heartbreak High. I will also be scattering in the rest of season 2 of Druck and some Young Royals Patreon exclusives.

I have decided moving forward I won’t be filming reacts to the rest of the seasons of Druck. I ADORE it and I’m going to be watching it in my own time but I am now aware that I can’t produce as much content and most people here aren’t too bothered in the non-LGBTQIA seasons.


So the big topic for today that I need your help with… if you could choose ONE show that you are absolutely DESPERATE to see here on the Patreon in the immediate future… what would it be? Comment down below ⬇️

Thank you for the Update. I'd love to see "Bad Buddy" in the future, if you haven't already watched it. It's a Thai series (BL). Regarding Druck: I actually joined Patreon for Druck and I'm a tiny bit sad about Druck not being finished cause most reactors stop after Season 3 and I think Season 4 (last Season with the OG cast), which is Amiras Season, is also really good and handles important topics, showing the struggle and pressure but also good side of growing up with two different cultures but I understand that you focus on LGBTQIA content, which isn't shown much in Season 4. Also understand that most people are here for other content and that you need to make space for that. If you want to get back to Druck someday: Season 6 and Season 7 are actually LGBTQIA. Thank you for giving Druck a chance. Really enjoyed your reactions and I'm excited for the rest of Season 2:)

would absolutely love to see your reaction to interview with the vampire!! it is an absolutely incredible show that is extremely queer, extremely gory and extremely emotional but is so unbelievably well acted and easily on offer the best shows on tv rn (in my opinion)❤️❤️

First, I am glad you had the opportunity to spend quality time with Reiss and family and friends, that is so important! I can’t wait to see how Heartbreak High wraps up, it has been taking us for a ride and I am loving every moment of it, thank you for getting me to give it a second chance! I am happy watching whatever you choose to react to (yes, I know that isn’t what you want to hear…) but my brain is going more toward older things, like I would love to see you react to the Angels in America film adaptation or the Netflix show Hollywood… Or perhaps, a season Drag Race, but not sure if that is where you are wanting to go… On that not, I hope the rest of your day is amazing, and that if it is as hot there as you say, that you are utilizing that wonderful yellow water bottle and hydrating! I'm so glad youve been able to spend time with your Reiss ♥️ My suggestion would be Big Boys. The episodes are I think under half an hour, so slightly shorter to react to. There is two series. ☺️

What I would most love to see, would be for you to finally dive into the world of Thai BL, including Bad Buddy (especially if the collab on it with Courtney is still a possibility), Tale of 1000 Stars, Moonlight Chicken or My School President.

I think I have mentioned this one-season series before. And that is the Netflix series "Julie and the Phantoms." Don't be put off by the fact that it was aimed at a younger audience and has a 'High School Musical' feel, it was produced and directed by Kenny Ortega of HSM fame. The music and musical performances by the young cast are top notch and the story line is really sophisticated for the genre. Give it a look, if nothing else. There is still an avid fan base after all this time. I think you will love the musical theatre vibe. Oh, and there is a LGTBQ sub-plot.

I have read all the recommendations. I second Pose and Hollywood. Both are Ryan Murphy creations. So dripping in subtext and loaded up with queer/under-represented stories For a new suggestion, I like Sense8, but I suspect it was watched on your own time bc it was very popular when it first came out

My first choice would be Bad Buddy because I am still helplessly in love with this show after 3 years, second choice would be dead boy detectives and I also saw a comment about Julie and the Phantoms that I really liked! :)

Sense 8 from Netflix has great LGTBQ+ representation. It is a short 2 season but directed by Lana Wachowski. love the channel !!!!!!!!!!

I'd love to see you react to Baby Reindeer series on Netflix (if you feel you can and it fits in the channel as it is quite explicit and uncomfortable to watch at times), I think it would be interesting to see but totally trust your judgement if you don't think BR is suitable for the channel. Keep up the brilliant work.

I have already seen it and if I’m honest I found it quite triggering and I don’t know if I could sit through it again. But, if people want it it’s definitely something I could consider.

No, that's fair enough, I totally understand and at the end of the day, you of course have to consider not just your audience but yourself as well as the content creator and, I apologise if I am overstepping the mark here - but having seen your 'Thank you Alice Oseman' video where you very bravely (and having a partner that has experienced similar to yourself I commend you for having the courage to share it with us), I can understand why watching BR would be triggering for yourself and potentially other audience members. If I'm honest, I'd be totally game for any heartstopper content as I am obsessed with it haha. I'm even writing my own fan-fic novel form of the story using the material of the comics, the series and my own imagination too and loving it. It's not a AU canon as such but does divert a little from the HS story. Anyway, I digress... would love to see more HS content, S1 and 2 lol. Can't wait for S3 and your reactions to it too!
