Gooooooood evening beautiful people,

Welcome back to another Heartstopper video!!!

I cannot keep up with Heartstopper content as netflix has decided to inundate us with content lately but I am trying my hardest I promise!

But, let's go and enjoy episode 2 of the Paris trip 😭

Love, always ♥️

I think the first song of that episode also implies that neither Charlie nor Nick should care if people will notice that Hicky. Charlie’s constantly cares about what people may think of him. But maybe on the other hand, they don’t. That’s at least my interpretation of the song choice 😊

For years, I thought I remembered visiting the Louvre on my one trip to Paris (which was 50 years ago this past July), but I for looking at a travel diary I wrote, we didn’t go there. In fact, the only place they go that we went was Notre Dame, so I would be clueless about any inconsistencies between the show and real life Paris. Great to revisit this episode, and I don’t mind any slightly off-topic excursions you might make.

That scene on the Eiffel Tower, with Nick & Charlie, is one of my favorites. I can’t even put my finger on the exact thing that gets me, but it just makes me so happy every time I see it. I think it might be that we see a little bit of Nick starting to feel out being open about their relationship in front of others? It’s just so sweet.

That was the perfect way to spend my lunch hour! Thank you sir…I enjoy when you talk, that is why we are here! I will be rewatching this one many times no doubt, and also making other people watch as well! We are getting so close, it will be here before we know it!

Also - totally agree about the Tao/Charlie scene on the bridge. Joe is just perfect in that scene.

Same, I think it is how they are looking at each other

Jackie please don’t apologize for talking too much during these videos! If I wanted to watch the show without interruptions I would just do that but I love when you give us your insights and reactions! I love Heartstopper but what I love more is watching it with other people and experiencing all their emotions with them! Plus as someone who has never been to Paris I love hearing you talk about the city and where they filmed! Thank you for this rewatch, it is making the wait for season 3 much more bearable! 👏

I like when you go off a tangents, that’s how my brain works too! So please do continue to entertain us with whatever comes to mind!

This is one of my favorite episodes. “You do know it was me, right?”

I think the conversation that nick and Issac are having before charlie faints is one of my favorite background conversations that you can catch with the subtitles. just talking about how they did the sculptures with such simple tools
