For several months, Xu Huimie was attempting to reach the Titled Douluo Realm, from the peak of the Soul Douluo. The Crown Prince of the Sun Moon Empire was stuck at the peak Soul Douluo Level for some time, and he was trying to achieve a breakthrough for some time.

If Xu Huimie reached the Titled Douluo Level, then straight away after reaching Level 90, he would be able to obtain the 9th Soul Ring, which was already prepared for him. They captured the Purple Lightning Dragon with the help of the Class 9 Soul Tools and brought it ot the Imperial Capital. Xu Huimie planned to use the Purple Lightning Dragon through self-sacrifice to hi to become the 9th Soul Ring.

Reaching the Titled Douluo Level would also mean that the Sun Moon Empire would welcome its fourth Titled Douluo, and with Xu Huimie at the Titled Douluo Level, they would open the Ancestral Secret Realm.

The only missing piece was the Soul Master of Imperial Blood bearing the Purple Brilliant Heaven Destroying Dragon Martial Soul at the Titled Douluo Level. If the 100,000-Year-Old Purple Lighting Dragon really sacrificed itself to him, then Xu Huimie would reach either Level 92 or Level 93 Titled Douluo.

Soon enough, his Soul Power was drastically far more powerful than before, as he felt that he had officially reached Level 90. Xu Huimie opened his eyes, as he consolidated his Soul Power and circulated his Soul Power according to the Sun Moon Heaven Art.

The process of solidification of his cultivation would take him some time, but within a day or so, he would be able to obtain his 9th Soul Ring.

With him asdneding to the Titled Douluo Realm, the Doutian Ministry would have much higher efficiency in hunting down the Fallen Soul Masters that were running rampant across most of the Sun Moon Continent.

There were not many places that the Fallen Soul Masters deliberately avoided, and the only few were major cities across the Sun Moon Empire and military installations due to the Class 9 Soul Tools and Class 9 Fixed Soul Ammunition, which were strong enough to obliterate the heavy majority of Average Titled Douluos.

Fixed Soul Ammunition was ranked from Class 1 to Class 9, which corresponded to the Soul Engineer Classes that could make the Fixed Soul Ammunition. They can be launched as missiles or projectiles, fired from a turret, or detonated as a bomb. Fixed Soul Ammunition were the most fearsome weapons developed by the human race in the last several thousand years.

Only the members of the Imperial Family and the highest leadership of the Imperial Military were aware of the existence of Class 10 Fixed Soul Ammunition, which was currently the peak of the Fixed Soul Ammunition.

All existing Class 10 Fixed Soul Ammunition Shells were created by Kong Deming in collaboration with Jing Hongchen and Xu Taiyang, and their power was enough to kill anything below Soul Rank 98 peak...

Only 100,000-Year-Old Soul Beasts can use sacrifice, and some could even use special means to preserve their sentience and become Wisdom Soul Rings.

Even the number of the Fierce Beasts outside the Evil Eye Clan was probably zero... mostly only one, if... Fierce Beasts were all classified as Super Soul Beasts with more than 200,000 years of cultivation base and usually have passed their tribulation period twice.

Nobody really knew the discussion between the Crown Prince of the Sun Moon and Purple 100,000-Year-Old Purple Lighting Dragon. 

Only a few hours later, Xu Huimie re-emerged with his wife from the room where the 100,000-Year-Old Purple Lighting Dragon was being held, but his Soul Power fluctuations were far stronger than just Level 90.

Right now, he dared to say that he wasn't inferior in terms of power to his father, who was a seasoned Titled Douluo with Soul Rank 93. The main reason why Xu Huimie reached such a high Soul Rank straight away was not only thanks to the Soul Ring of the 100,000-Year-Old Purple Lighting Dragon but also thanks to the immense compatibility between it and his Martial Soul.
