dropbox issues error 400? (Patreon)

Hi guys! There's been a rising issue with dropbox links having a 400 (or 404?) error. It's been getting worse in the last 6 months, it seems to only effect some users.

 I'm trying to talk to dropbox to resolve the problem.

*** If you are currently experiencing it right now try swapping between mobile and desktop, try different browers. Try copying and pasting the link into a browser rather than clicking it. (still discussing other 'fixes' with dropbox atm).
