Body pattern (Patreon)

Taped up the body today and drew on her markings. Have since cut them off and cut out all the fur pieces except for the sleeves. With all those stripes I didn’t want to have to cut out the arms as well as I was already swamped with labelling everything. I’ll do those separately so I don’t get overwhelmed.

Tried to simplify her stripes a little and make them curve around her body. Found a neat trick, you can ‘erase’ marker drawn on the tape with acetone on a q tip. I needed to clean up some of the curves on the stripes so they flowed better so that came in handy.

Will hopefully get the body sewn by mid next week and can start the head and finishing touches. I’d love to get her done by the end of the month but I think that might be expecting a little too much. Will see
