Added a bunch of additional sections, how to sew in quilt batting, how to combine pattern pieces into a machine sewn pattern etc etc. Hope this is helpful! I'll post it on social media later tonight if anyone wants to retweet/reblog/share etc.

Naz's guide on how to get into plushmaking

Naz's guide on how to get into plushmaking -------- This is a guide based on my personal experience only. My knowledge may be lacking in some areas, I will try to link to sources when this is the case. Take my recommendations with a grain of salt.

When using your walking foot for minky does it make the fabric slide around? I have one but I noticed when lining up my pieces and sewing even after pinning the pattern does not match up evenly.

NazFX_Studios

I find that it makes it slide around less. How dense are you pinning? I show an example of just how extreme I pin my pieces to stop sliding in the tut

Ome

I feel like I do pin densely maybe I will just get crazy with them🤔

NazFX_Studios

Definitely try it. I feel like the amount I pin sometimes is insane haha

This is the greatest plush making guide in existence. Thank you so much for putting this together Naz!!! ❤️❤️❤️

I read your guide and found it very helpful. I really want to get into plush making myself now! Is there one of your patterns you would say is the easiest to start with and that you’d recommend as a beginners project?

IsiWiesel

I only did some very simple felt plushies before. I made the patterns myself (the plush turned out quite flat) and sewed them by hand.
