Highlander Cat, LaPerm, Lykoi, Singapura, Devon Rex, Savannah Cat, Kurilian Bobtail, and Norwegian forest cat. Avoiding Cornish Rex cause you already made a Sphynx <3 HOWEVER! Maybe consider one day making an add on feature to your sphynx pattern available for purchase; have the head be interchangeable with a Peterbald (look at the side profile on this bab!). I know I'd buy that pattern for sure!

(making both my comments as though you want to stick to just domestics) I have a weakness for Russian Blues, but I think those can fall under the same umbrella as the domestic shorthair patternwise and just be picky about the fabric used :)
