New resin printer to add to the team. My giant one is a huge pain to clean after each use so I wanted something to print small/medium stuff separately. Will test it out tomorrow

I've been eyeing resin printers, but my wife is afraid the odor is too toxic with a baby in the house. How is your experience with the smells ?

They aren’t something to mess around with. Would never run them in a room where people or pets will be present. The fumes are toxic, smell aside. I run mine in a garage

Yeah I have an outdoor garage or the attic to work, but the garage needs some isolation before I can put in delicate hardware such as printers. Thanks for the insight Naz!

Congrats! I heard some of the elgoo printers are notorious for being almost impossible to buy in stock.

2026-11-07 19:00 Remember please wear a mask while dealing with this stuff, people even said goggles too, saw one dude made a post about it on Facebook with him being in the hospital from not being so smart one day.
