Changes to monthly billing (for new members only) (Patreon)

Hey guys! I've just switched my patreon over to subscription billing.

This will not effect existing patrons, only new people who sign up from this date forward. 

For brand new people, you will be charged on the day you join your membership, and then monthly on that same date.

Existing patrons will still be charged at the end of the month as they have previously. 

Rewards will still be sent out on the 5th of each month. 

Hopefully this will help reduce some confusion with the previous double charging system for new signups.
