Thanks for this. Some people are just being narrow minded thinking that OPM is boxed to just Tagalog songs. I grew up in the 80s and OPM has always been both English and Tagalog songs. We grew up with both, especially since we are also a predominantly English speaking country as well. As long as the artist is Filipino, that will always be OPM.

I agree on Bini being different to other groups,in a concept of showing their vulnerability. Its like saying you are not alone in this, a girl group, a member /idol feels depression and anxiety also. And there are ways to deal and overcome it which is the people who cares for you and a professional help.

Always love your BINI content and all your thoughts and opinions of BINI and the OPM genre, Kess and Han. I love hearing the opinions coming from people outside the Philippines about our wonderful Walo (8). I was born in Canada so I grew up in a western society, but BINI and P-POP has made me way more interested in my Filipino roots. I love how open minded you two are and are genuinely interested in learning about other people's cultures. Thank God for the universal language of music and its ability to unite people from all over the world! God Bless!
