I did actually get inspired by Seibja and booked a guesthouse like that when I went to Korea to see This is For. It was in Seongsu, pretty close to their Part Timer cafe. It wasn't a dinner-and-activities-thing, but people gathered on the rooftop terrace in the evenings. Loved the experience a lot, despite being 1000000% introverted.

Seoul Forest Stay. I think it was either through Booking.com or Agoda. Very safe and nice. Next door to Sana's birthday café, I think.
