Witch animation sketch (cleanup 10/26) (Patreon)

10/26 - I took a little bit more time to on this. It's a little less vibratey now and has three times the tentacles! This has a been a nice experiment to do. I don't animate very frequently at all these days so I feel like I'm always relearning things and working on so few frames is just the kind of limitation that I need to keep things manageable so I can have the satisfaction of completing something in just a few sittings instead of working on something for weeks.

I think we all need more excuses/opportunities to accept the flaws in our work and just move on.

This technically qualifies as consentacle witch content😅 I'm going to get to Aster I promise, I've got a little drawing I've started that's probably going to spin off into a spread but this week has gotten the better of me it seems.

When I sat down last evening to doodle I could only think of seeing how much I can get out of 3 frames of animation and this is what happened as a result.

I like the idea of being able to make very short and simple loops like this, the sort of thing that's just kind of a picture embellished with motion.

I'm gonna have to do some cleanup on it, but I wanted to share the WIP version just so there'd be something for you all on this fine Thursday!
