Golly, I love this drawing style When I look closely, the swordman's hair and beard is like 15 paint brushes ! And yet here is his face elegantly framed 😊 And in general the whole style is refined, like a mix of minimalist and detailed. I don't know how you achieved this but it's candy to the eye 🥰

That's so lovely Todd thank you! 🥺 I think as this style develops I'm finding it's almost like an intersection of 70's-80s Barbie illustrations and the newspaper cartoons I grew up on like Dagwood hehe. I don't especially care about Dagwood as a comic but I love how his hair is just like the same set of 12 marks every time. I keep thinking about that when I'm drawing the swordsman's beard:3
