Update on Update 33 (Patreon)

You voted on who gets the spotlight next: a brand-new character, or a refresh for Angie. The result was exactly 50/50. You really couldn’t make it any harder for me.

So here’s the plan: Goth goes first, and I’ll try to alternate between her and Angie in the updates that follow. Nobody’s side loses. Both happen, one after the other.

Meet Goth (work in progress) 🖤Ann’s ward. Dark make-up, darker sense of humour, and a sketchbook she never puts down. She knew Jimmy back when they were kids, and she has absolutely no filter about how much he’s “grown.”

Everyone else in this house hides behind excuses. Goth says exactly what she wants, out loud, with a straight face. The only thing standing between her and Jimmy is Ann, who made one rule very clear the moment they arrived: hands off her ward.

Jimmy intends to follow that rule. Goth has other plans. And she’d really like him to sit still for a portrait.
