Made me choke up. Good job writers, you made a good Lwaxana episode.

Paul Hess

It would be fun for you to make a ranking of all Lwaxana episodes (maybe similar things for other recurring characters?). For me Half a Life is far and above the best Lwaxana episode with great acting, powerful emotions, and treating her character with depth. Not to mention the awesome one shot scene from Michelle Forbes.

Jason: The Lone Geek

If you want peak child Dunst, you need to watch 'Interview with a Vampire'.

jon bolton

For me this is S, i love it!

I'll forever be grateful to Gene for Star Trek, but I think that after he stepped back, it grew beyond his original concept and I think that a good thing (most of the time).

Spartan-463

One of those episodes I forgot about, was a B until that last scene. Not S level in my books, but I can see how for other

TinMan_7B9

Could be C or B, but I always forget it exists. It's just not very memorable, which means it is a C for me. Not the best Lwaxana episode.

Ian Westcott

Pretty good. Unfortunately, it's got maybe half an hour of plot to stretch into a 45-minute episode, so the middle section feels somewhat redundant.

Ian Westcott

I always giggle when Diana is running from the wolf, because that wolf (played by Teddy and Buck, the wolves from Dances with Wolves) is such a happy good boy and he just wants to play.

Nolan

So you're saying it's as forgettable as Kestra?

TinMan_7B9

No. The memory of Kestra's death was so strong it had to be repressed. This episode is so weak it hasn't even managed to become a memory.

Scott Bennett

I like this one but at a B. Something holds me back from the A, maybe a clunkiness to the direction. The MBR performance is great as always but it just takes a bit too long to get to it to be one of my greats.

George Bratcher

The paradox - Gene creates Star Trek - ST:TNG and especially DS9 have some of their greatest episodes ever that Gene would have never approved of as a producer and director had he lived longer.

Mikaby

I gave this a C. It's a cool idea, and the scene where Lwaxana has to come to grips with her daughter's death is heartbreaking, but there's little interesting in how the plot unfolds. It's too much about the destination with too little compelling in the journey.
