This is an episode I quite enjoy but... it's not really all that good. So I gave it a B, because it's legitimately a C episode, but because I enjoy it, I bumped it up a rank.

I gave it a B. It's not the most dynamic of stories, because it's mostly just character-building, with little in the way of conflict, but the actress who plays Data's mother is great and really elevates the episode. And it's an interesting concept; I just feel like the episode is a bit spare on things actually happening. So B.
