And my least favorite Trek romance…. Deana and Worf

Binty McFrazzles

Yeah, doesn't work on any level for me. They are completely incompatible and don't have chemistry. However, if Worf and Troi did get together and have children, their offspring would be half-Klingon, a quarter-Betazoid and a quarter-human. Does that mean they would hit you with pain sticks and sense your pain at the same time?

Dull Daydream: Deanna Didn't Date Dorf's Dad. Didn't work. Didn't happen. Didn't deserve to exist. D.

Emodramabomb

Decent enough episode, not a favorite, C. The Troy/Worf romance feels like it was thrown together to have a current day romance to play with for the flashback tie-ins. They couldn't use RIker since they are being made to have a non-romantic more than friendship. I hope that last sentence makes sense :(

Rocky hate Mark

At the end of the episode you guys had to rewind and piece it all together. Now remember when it was broadcast that option was not available.

Same, mid C across the board for me. The Troi+Worf stuff is them just throwing random garbage at the wall because they ran out of ideas. Season 7 is full of them. Let's meet Geordi's mom/dad, Let's invent Data's mom out of thin air, lets have Bev screw a ghost. It's like that meme of The Simpsons where they sing at song at the season making fun of them just having really dumb plots because they've already done everything. Can still hear the jingle, "Marge gets a cell phone, and other exciting things, da da da da".

Rick McCombs

Unless you recorded it. I don't remember if I recorded this episode the first time it was on, but I used to work for my grandparents at their motel. I could watch TV, but I would often have the VCR running because I would never know when would be interrupted.

GrimDark Narrator

Torn between a B- or a C+, but with the absence of those options, I'll go with C. It's just a bit tedious to get through, in my opinion. It also went ahead with the Troi-Worf "relationship", which most fans, as far as I know, thought it was a bad idea, myself included.

Alexander McKechnie

This is one of those stories that has kernels of good ideas but doesn't quite stick the landing for me anyway. It's C or D territory for me, but the boys liked it so I'll be generous and vote C.
