Patreon UNCUT REACTION - Werewolf by Night

Thanks for a great reaction, what a nice Halloween surprise! This was actually my second watch of the show and I think I enjoyed it even more this time. The first time I loved the style and that it was honoring those great classic films. However; like you, I wasn't familiar with these characters but after my first watch a did some research and now I appreciate all the Marvel history and easter eggs. Great show! Also, MG is one of my favorite composers so I'm so happy for him. What a great job he did!

Collin Freeman

I collected some Werewolf by Night comic books when the character first came out in the early 70's. He started out in Marvel Spotlight, then got his own title. Quite a bit different from what I remember and what was depicted here. In fact, the only similarity I was a character named Jack (Russell?) who turns into a werewolf. Ted is Marvel's Man-Thing character (similar to DC's Swamp Thing) who also first appeared in the early 70's. Thanks for doing this reaction episode. It was a pleasant surprise. And I agree with you about the black&white and overall atmosphere the show imparted (at least, the majority of it).

Michael Giacchino composed the music for Star Trek 2009.
