KIGA kengen Part 18 Introducing the Chobuku scene of the Gorohmaru.

Gorohmaru’s Chobuku is the only subjugation technique among all Oni that does not involve “punishment.”

It works by having a group of Oni gather closely together, thereby instilling a sense of security—the knowledge that they are not alone—which causes them to lose their ferocity.

This is also because Gorohmaru fundamentally lacks any hostile intent, and, due to his mental immaturity, there was no need to “distort and satisfy” him.

鬼畫顕現その１８は「逆鳥居の兄弟鬼」たちの五男坊、「互郎丸」の調伏シーンを紹介します。

互郎丸の調伏シーンは全鬼の中で唯一「お仕置き」的な要素のない調伏となります。

群体の鬼がそれぞれ密集、一人ではないという安心感を得させることで凶暴性を失わせるという形を取ります。

基本的に敵対する意志がなく、精神的に幼いがために「歪ませて満たす」必要がなかった故でもあります。
